I really wanted to support The Pink Closet Company, but my experience with the owner, Stephanie, left me extremely disappointed. She may act sweet and professional on the surface, but behind the scenes it’s a very different story.
Stephanie has shown herself to be untrustworthy and disloyal — frequently talking behind people’s backs, hiding or deleting comments instead of addressing them, and even stealing her own employees’ ideas and passing them off as her own. It’s a toxic work culture masked by fake kindness.
To make matters worse, she refuses to take responsibility when customers raise legitimate concerns. Instead, she shifts blame and plays the victim, pretending not to understand why anyone would be upset.

Read moreYesterday I stopped by the Westshore mall for one thing. As I’m walking out of Macy’s , my eyes are IMMEDIATELY glued to all the PINK that was standing out in front of me. I had no intention on shopping more but there was no way, I wasn’t going to stop in and take a look. Before even stepping closer, my almost 3 year old daughter screamed “OH MY GOD MOMMY” “BEAUTIFUL” “THIS IS MY HEART”. And ran straight into the store with stars in her eyes. She had never seen such beauty in person. She is a pink LOVER!

Read moreMy girlfriend just purchased a dress from here in the mall for her birthday and when we got home she put the dress on and the zipper snapped. We came back the next day and the boss said they couldn’t exchange the dress or do a return for me. This was the worst experience and I don’t recommend this place.
