Buffalo Wild Wings — Restaurant in Saint Petersburg

So there are a few things that are not good about this particular buffulo wild wings. We decided to watch UFC there because it was advertised. Our initial server was a nice young lady, after about 2 hours her shift ended. At this point we were having a good time. We made it clear that we were there to watch the main event which didn't start until after 10pm. But also planned on eating the entire time and tipping accordingly. So once we found out our initial server was leaving we decided to tip her for the first 3 hours she served us. This is when things went south. Our new server(some young kid apparently named Kevin) Not sure why he had a lil attitude but my guess is because we tipped the young lady leaving. Now mine you we were there to watch the entire UFC event and whoever was in charge of the TV's kept turning off the undercards and we had to ask at least 3 times to turn it back on. Again they advertised that they were showing the event. I was eating lemons with my tequila as I always do and I always ask for extra( which I am completely willing to pay for or tip the server more), our first server did not mine, but for some reason the new server ( Kevin) decided I was done having lemons and decided to bring me a cup with one lemon wedge slam it in the table and say "we outta lemons." In my head I'm thinking nooooo you just don't want to get me more lemons. So I ask a different server and she brought me a full cup. But Kevin our server then began to not want to serve us ....so he avoided asking us if we needed anything. Fine I went to the bar and got my own tequila. I just planned to not tip him well because of poor service. I decided to talk to the manager and he started to condescend me, as if before Kevin became the server we were a problem, again we were having a good time before Kevin became the server. I was asked to leave because the mgr. though he would just be able to talk to me any kind of way, at this point we had already spent $70 and tipped our initial server. I said "let us watch the main event and we'll leave. He said he was going to call the police, my lady was scared so I decided to leave, again as the 15 minute main event was starting. This establishment is poorly managed period, I can guarantee their not doing well among the Buffalo wild wings in area. I wouldn't recommend eating, drinking or planning to watch an...

I've visited this location for personal online pickup orders and have had my orders screwed up twice. Once on my son's birthday. And the other, on my own personal 30 wings and 2-3 sides or appetizers for my family. First time I didn't check. I got home it was missing a flavor and it was missing blue cheese all the cups were ranch and I don't do ranch. The second time I put 30 wings in for my son my other son wanted plain . Doesn't like sauce. So I put in for 6 wings to be plain no sauce. Simple. I get there to pickup the order all wings were dry and all plain. Not just the 6 of the 30. All the rest were supposed to be multi flavor. And my order of frys was a large but looked like regular in a larger box. I had to wait for almost 30 min for them to correct it then it looked like they just tossed the ones I ordered in sauce and handed them back. I reluctantly left and settled because I didn't want to disappoint the family.

I have also done ubereats pickups from this location as well. A couple of the girl at the pickup counter are very rude and trashy looking girls with tattoos all over there arms and such. Dark eye makeup and powdery white . You know the trashy girl type look. About 3 occasions I've gone there to pickup orders showed up before anyone else. Wait patiently. As they get the orders out or get them ready. And a couple of them seem to have bigotry towards normal to shorter men. Because if taller men come in she or they will make my self or whoever else stand there and be treated as if you are inferior and hand the latecomers orders before you. As I and we have stood there. If some shallow drink of water trots in she and or they immediately lock eyes with the shallow drinks and put your items aside and begin handing them to them even allowing rude behaviors like Icabod Crane walking in your space . Up on your nuts. Very bigoted and discriminatory. Especially from trashy tattooed bar trash. So I give this place 1 star . It's unfortunately got some trashy crowd as well. I partly attribute this to it being Saint Petersburg and partly to it being a northern company. 1 star...

this place is honestly a joke I went to this place at around 3 PM, I wanted to treat my family out to a nice meal and heard very good things about this place from my friends. Turns out they were wrong. It was no where near busy (only 2 men by the bar watching a game). I had to wait a good 20 minuets to even be served, the seats by the entrance were uncomfortable they kept wobbling. Almost made my mother fall on the ground, the floors were so sticky and there was no host that attended to myself and my family. The the place honestly smelt like it was rancid and did not have that wing house scent that you would expect. After that long 20 minute wait my family and I sat down to a table that was not even clean yet. The host told me "It's not a big deal we can just clean it while you sit" she said as she flipped her hair, the wads of dandruff literally sprinkled out and onto my son in his mouth, he nearly choked. But what the HECK!? Why would you make customers sit at a table while it's still dirty? Dirty dishes scattered around, ketchup stains, someone even left their dentures in a paper cloth. I wanted to move to a different table but we were neglected. I finally ordered and after 1 hour of my food cooking, I was even more disappointed. My fries were burnt to crisp and they were stiff, my wings look like they could still be clucking, and my salad had maggots in it which I originally thought was parm cheese. I requested to return my food back and my waitress just said to me "Sorry you just have to eat it, we can't remake more food until the next truck comes." How is that my problem? I also kept getting itching feelings down my leg, I looked and there were multiple roaches on the ground. They honestly could have pulled off for being workers, since that's how the actual staff acted anyway. Musty place and dusty workers that don't care about their customers. AVOID THIS PLACE AT...
