I want to say that as a gay man in America doing the slightest thing as sending flowers to someone that made me smile after having such a bad day. I Wanted to give up. And just go home but the young lady at the drive through brought a smile to my face and my soul the GM took it upon herself to track me down and then misinterpret that I was trying to do something with a miner female but wait I am gay I found out that she need to protect her minors didnât speak to me but to my manager I am so sorry for returns by they you have me by sending you flowered but becouse of woman like that is the whole reason I love being gay. I hope corporate reads this and you owe an apology to the young lady and to me and I hope you understand that my job had nothing to do with this lucky I DONT SUE YOU FOR DEFAMATION or should I Starbucks. What makes it worse was I CALLED TO SEE IF IT WAS OK AND THE ASSISTANT MANGER SAID IT WAS COOL. I even explained it was a way of thanking her for bringing faith back in Humanity!    Read moreWhile I was studying here today I lost track of time and honestly (but incorrectly) thought they closed at 9:00. At 8:00, an employee came up to let me know they were closing. I apologized and told him I would pack up. He was very kind and told me not to worry and that I had a few minutes because they still had to clean the bar area and wipe down the patio from the rain. I planned to finish my sentence on the notecard I was writing and then leave. Within a minute or less, another employee came over and stood in front of my table, saying âweâre closed.â I told him thank you, that the other barista informed me of this, and that I was just about to pack up. He rudely said back, âYeah⌠like Iâm going to lock the doorsâ. I checked my clock and I was walking out at 8:02. Telling me he was going to lock the doors to get me out of there quicker (meanwhile another customer was still working at another table) was completely unnecessary. Either they forget to make it decaf or make my coffee with regular milk ( I am allergic to dairy and one time I even had to ask for a glass of hot water so I could empty my stomach before I got a reaction to a latte they prepared with 2% milk besides the fact that I asked for oat milk) . And then they would remake the drink but will forget that this was decafâŚ.It is really annoying that the Starbucks store always asks for a tip before the service!!! Why would they assume that they deserve the tip on a top of already expensive and overpriced drinks with such an untrained...
