Jonathan and Kaydasha were great.
Jonathan was straight up, down to earth, which is refreshing. No pressure to force a smile, but gave one anyway.You can tell he wants to give you good service without expecting anything in return - you cant teach this attribute. You either got it or you dont.
Kaydasha is softspoken and gives attention to details and the customers needs and their orders. She isnt the type to panic, even if it gets busy- you cant teach this either.
People these days ONLY take the time to post or just give their input when there is an inconvenience- I was raised to know better and I believe that when you get good service, instead of just not posting, take 2-3 minutes of your day to let them k ow "I SEE YOU", in the most positive way. Otherwise, reviews only look like a "complaint bank".
Afterall, when things are going great and the food and order are spectacular, its complete sence - but when something is wrong, the inconsiderate are more than prepared to raise hell, without an iota of care ofhow that impacts the business and the staff. This is sure to demoralize as well as make it seem the staff are shown in a negative light.
I am making it my mission to change all that. Why?! Because I always look from an objective point of view and ensure kidos is given to the deserved, Period.

Read moreI very rarely post a negative review because I'm just not that type of person, but the service was so incredibly bad this time that I felt I needed to say something. I just spent at least 13-15 minutes waiting at the window for my order. It was a pretty small order just me and something to bring home to my wife. I was literally the only car in line the entirety of that time. During that time the cashier didn't acknowledge me and or explain what the problem was and or acknowledge me. It was bizarre and outright unprofessional. I've never been to a fast food place that was dead outside of me and had to wait such a crazy long time and not received an explanation at the very least. I sincerely felt the urge to call and speak to the shift manager, but honestly I felt that whatever I said would fall upon deaf ears as it's not possible for any manager to allow such poor service and not be aware of it. Really frustrating!!! I hope the franchise owner sees this message and realizes how terrible the service is and does something about it. You can't give such poor service and expect people...
Read moreThis location is 20 percent more expensive than all the other burger kings. And they take foreverrrrr Last time I was here I ordered hashbrowns and asked for extra ketchup and they gave me one packet… Then today I came by to get the cotton candy drink and it took them 15mins to make it even though I was the only person here at lunch time. They also mixed in the cloud topping which is supposed to float on top. The other day I came here and they didn’t even put the topping on. I’m just done with this location I go to the one on central now. This one is close to my shopping area so I stop here out of convenience but the other one is close to my house so I go there instead. I know I probably sound petty complaining about a drink but they can never do even the simplest thing right here.
Updated my review to 2 stars because I came here two more times and they just keep messing up. I found out a different franchise owns this location which explains the terrible...
