Domino's Pizza — Restaurant in Saint Petersburg

Have ordered from this location several times usually average as expected! However tonight it was terrible! Pizza was delivered in timely manner and driver was nice. Even went back to get extra money for tip! He left we went to eat and did not have something that we ordered extra of and paid for. No big deal right!?! WRONG so the young man who took our order was super nice and very apologetic assured me that he had run the order in correctly which I confirmed on my receipt. The young man's name was Anthony or Antonio I think super nice and new. He spoke to the manager and manager told him they would not bring us what we needed they would give us a credit. We didn't want Credit we wanted what we ordered and we are close to that location. The young man kept trying to get it taken care of but the manger would not correct the mistake that your company made. So I asked to speak to the manager he was a total JERK rude and a liar. I explained to him it was inappropriate to put a new employee in that position and easy for him to say NO when he isn't talking to the customer. But still the worst part is that this so called unprofessional manager lied to me just to get me off the phone and said that he would deliver us what we needed. You guessed it it never came and he knew when he was speaking to me he wasn't going to bring it. There are many pizza choices in our area but we sometimes just like Dominos but obviously they do not have any care for their customers which is a shame! Please don't gamble with your dinner make a better choice and eat somewhere else. We own our on business and there isn't a business out there that can afford not to be customer service focused! There is way to much competition!...

Fast & Reliable Delivery , tasty food!

I order online which turns out to be great way to order. Not only do they promptly start making my order when I place it, it is easy to do! They even have a domino's tracker so I can keep and eye on my order.

I am however not a fan of the hand tossed pizzas or the pan pizzas for some reason. Their thin crust is great however. I love their chicken wings (plain) , taste very good like it came off the grill.

I will admit however the pastas are not cooked very well sometimes. The chicken taste a little under cooked a few times I ordered the Alfredo chicken. But when i called they were eager to replace it.

The pan pizzas can also come under-cook but again they replaced it for me. I am always polite regardless of their mistakes however so that might help out in smoothing it over.

Cheesy bread its good but again, comes under cook sometimes and doughy.

The best thing at this store is the sandwiches, always comes delicious and perfect. I recommend the chicken bacon ranch.

You may see bad remarks review and wonder why I give it 4 stars. Because the people care if I am not happy with my order and fix it right away in my experience. Parker i would have to say is the best cook there, so when you see him making your order on the dominoes tracker you know you are in good hands.

OMG if you haven't tried Domino's pasta BREAD BOWL, you are MISSING OUT!!! Granted, I was a little perturbed by the misleading promotion and poorly trained crew member taking my carryout order however her positive attitude and strong effort helped to solidify my decision to still give them a try and I'm glad I did! Just a heads up, if you choose the any 2 or more items for 6.99 that says "ANY medium 2 topping pizza" it IS NOT! It only applies to hand tossed and the Pan crust is $2 more. Then if you choose from the toppings something such as bacon, it fails to mention that is a premium topping and costs $1 more. Finally, if you choose any of the pasta dishes, it will ask you if you want it in a pan or in a bread bowl and again fails to mention that the bread bowl is $1.50 upcharge. Oh, and when it asks if you would like any dipping sauces such as garlic butter, they also cost $1 each. So needless to say my bill that I expected to be closer to $14+tax was actually well over $20! Besides that surprise, the pasta bread bowl was just short of freaking amazing!!! It is nothing like a Panera Bread bread bowl and is honestly like nothing I've ever tried before and if you haven't had the pleasure you should seriously consider trying one today. I had the Chicken Alfredo and I will DEFINITELY be ordering...
