Fortunatos Italian Pizzeria Northeast — Restaurant in Saint Petersburg

Ordered 3 meals, 1 appetizer and wings. My order was online for delivery with slice, when order arrived it was missing 1 meal item, I called the restaurant and they asked what was missing before even asking who I was, when I told them the girl said instantly that the item was given to the driver. I was then told they could not help me any further and I had to contact the delivery service slice, and this girl at restaurant had bad attitude voice. The other food that we got was very lograde tasting. Loaded fries were dried out. Spaghetti and meatball tasted like strange meat and steak and cheese definitely not Ribey like they advertised it was more like steak um from Publix next door to them, and I asked for extra cheese on my sub and got none. Very little cheese on the so called steak and cheese. Never ordering again from this franchise. And last thing don't use slice for delivery cause they're just as bad as Fortunato with...

7:30PM OPENING DAY. WALKED IN. ONLY 4 PATRONS JUST LEAVING AND ANOTHER PATRON WAITING FOR A TAKE OUT ORDER. MANAGER HAD A SCOWL ON HER FACE THE HOUR WE WERE THERE. CASHIER WAS SO BUBBLY. IT WAS A WIERD CONTRAST! ONE REALLY HAPPY AND ONE (MANAGER) NOT HAPPY AT ALL. WAS TOLD COULD NOT GET A WHOLE PIZZA EXCEPT PLAIN CHEESE EVEN THOUGH THE MENU THEY GAVE US HAD WHOLE PIZZAS LISTED, OTHER THAN JUST CHEESE. ORDERED 2 DIFFERENT CALZONES AND 2 SLICES OF PIZZA. ALL LOOKED BEAUTIFUL AND DELICIOUS ON TOP. ALL FOUR NOT JUST OVERDONE BUT BURNT ON THE BOTTOM. WAS TOLD BY MANAGER ADDITIONAL ITEMS TO CALZONE WERE $.49 EACH. WAS CHARGED $.75 EACH. WAS NOT IMPRESSED AT ALL, BUT IT WAS THE OPENING DAY. HOPEFULLY THE MANAGER WILL CHEER UP, THEY WILL GET THEIR PRICING STRAIGHT AND THEY WILL TURN DOWN THE OVEN JUST ENOUGH NOT TO BURN THE BOTTOM...

Hands down, this place is awesome! It tends to be super busy, especially on the weekends as it's a small joint. However, it is absolutely worth the wait! The inside is cozy and the smells are intoxicating. I MEAN...who doesn't love garlic in the air, seriously! Nom. Nom. Nommmm!

With that being said, if ya happen to go in for a pick-up, dine-in or even ordering delivery, via a food app... wear your patience pin. Those folks are hustling and hard a work, trying to get you your deeelicious and hot meals. Kindness is everything, folks. And pretty please, don't forget to tip.
