Just so everyone knows that my brother tried to call this Westshore pizza just to let them know his son ordered a sandwich yesterday for lunch and about and hour after eating it he got extremely ill with hours if vomiting all day and all night to the point he missed work today now mind you my brother didn't want money back or a free pizza or anything like that his intentions was just to have them check the food so hopefully no one else will get sick but instead all he got was an extremely rude 21 year old girl who said she was the manager who did nothing but accuse him of wanting something for free which believe me was the farthest thing from our minds I mean who really wants food free or otherwise when your son is throwing up all over the place plus she kepted insisting it takes two days for symptoms to start she said to google it so guess what I did and what it said was it could start as soon as 1 hour with vomiting and diarrhea and as far out as a couple of days plus the girl wouldn't let him get a word in edge wise so when we asked for the corporate phone number we were told they didn't have it but no problem we just called another store explained the situation and they were more than happy to give it to us and then the topper when my brother tried to call the owner at the store today they just didn't pick up the call so I guess thats the power of caller ID so apparently the owner doesn't care either or the so called manager didn't tell him about it......... well I guess I'll leave it up to the people as to whether they want to take the chance of eating there or NOT...............

Nice public comment showing that they will make it right, but ZERO action to that end. Haven’t ordered from them since and will continue not to.
I have ordered from here for a few months now since moving to the area and I wish I could give the 5 star review the food deserves. The food is fantastic, all around no complaints. The customer service however is terrible. On multiple occasions delivery drivers have been rude to me personally, but today the driver decided to call my wife to ask her why she wanted him to leave the food at the door if we couldn’t make it to the door. After she reiterated why, he asked “well are you going to leave a tip?” Shocked my wife replied that she already had, to which the driver responded “well how much is it?” He then brought he pizza to the door and gruffly says “there ya go” before quickly turning and leaving. Not sure what we ever did to receive rude treatment from delivery drivers so regularly, but it is for that reason I’ll no longer be giving my money to this business. It won’t break you, but I also will not contribute to your success any longer. I miss when people were decent enough to smile and greet you instead of make sure you know how miserable they are.
Thanks for coming to...
Read moreI absolutely love 4th street pizza. I definitely feel like most of the pizza places in St. Pete can be hit or miss but if you know what to order this is a great spot. Their app and website making online ordering a breeze and anytime I've ordered online it's always come earlier than expected. You can make any and all the customizations you want to either half or all of the pizza. The crust is always perfectly done and I it's a nice compromise between a thick and thin crust. I highly recommend starting with the Dali's Dream. It has four cheeses and is the perfect base. I usually like to add pepperoni and jalapeños to one half and leave the other half cheese. One thing to note, the jalapeños are not seeded and they are spicy! Which is exactly what I like but want to make that known for those who may not be expecting it. The dalis dream It's a little pricier but SO worth it. And if you feel like springing the extra dollar or two, the garlic butter crust is amazing. If you're looking for a new local pizza...
