I ordered two steak bagels in the drive through. One with no cheese and the other with no cheese or onions. When I got my order the one with no cheese or onion also did not have steak on it. I went inside to correct it and an employee in the food prep area tried convincing me that I ordered it with no meat. Iâve never ordered a sandwich without meat! Then she remade the sandwich while I watched, while continuously running her mouth. I watched her make it and saw that she did not put any sauce on it. When I received the sandwich I started to leave and checked it while I was walking and sure enough there was no sauce on it. I went back to have them add sauce to it and again she was running her mouth with an even louder tone this time, but she made the sandwich and now she slathered the sauce on it everywhere. When I got home I called to file a complaint and somebody who said they were a manager said that they were the one who made the sandwich and that none of what I had said is accurate. She claimed to have put sauce on the remake the first time and said it just wasnât that much ... and thatâs why she put extra sauce on both sides. When a sandwich is remade should they put extra sauce on it when it wasnât ordered that way in the first place, or should they just make it correctly? Additionally, does this McDonaldâs train their employees to fix the problem, or to debate it with the customer? Are you going to lose more money by giving me a sandwich made correctly without any hassles or by arguing with me and thereby losing me as a customer altogether.
On what dishes I would recommend I clicked âhappy mealâ simply because of her attitude.
Additionally, Iâve just noticed that you seem to be a Casper location and the person who I spoke with on the phone said were not. I said I would find out who owned the location and it appears...
Read morePathetic inconsiderate management with very low standards. When you go to McDonald's you expect the experience to be convenient and for everything to work properly. For the fourth visit in a row the lobby self-service drink area was unkept such as three warm lemons no ketchup no salt packets in the entire store, no Dr Pepper in the entire store, Coca-Cola was watery at the self service area and no ice and either of the two self-service ice machines. The garbage can was also overflowing at the drink area. Not to mention people out of uniform who are clearly not on duty walking behind the register area talking to employees in the kitchen. I explain to the manager on duty that her responsibilities were to the customers and that drink area was unacceptable. She seem to be making excuses and said there's nothing she could do about it because she complain to the store manager that the ice machines don't work. If you can't get anything to drink with ice you might as well just close down the store. While my family was eating about 10 minutes later the manager brought two ice buckets and she yelled in front of everyone I'm filling the ice machines!
If a McDonald's can't maintain its Lobby then I question the parts of the store the customers can't see. If I was the owner of that McDonald's I would seriously consider a management overhaul and possibly gut about half the staff and start over again. To sum up the culture in the Tyrone McDonald's the staff and the management are just trying to get through the day to get paid so screw the customer. What an absolutely pathetic experience. That trip to McDonald's reminded me of the...
Read moreAfter my last terrible experience here it has well over 6 months and decided to grab breakfast before work. Waited in the mobile curbside for 20 min and saw the drive through clear out several times and no one was on their way to bring me my food, went inside and they are all just at the front talking and maybe 3 people in the lobby, girl at the register sees me and completely ignores me turns around without saying anything and goes to the back, after a couple minutes of me just standing there no one even noticing the girl who walked to the back made a comment under her breath and pointed at me and rolled her eyes, the girl she told i was there turned around and i told her i have been waiting for 20 min at curbside is my food going to be done soon. she asked me what i had with little interest and proceeds to look around and cant seem to find anything. she asked me again how i order and what i ordered. i told her again mobile order and been at curbside its just a sandwich and hashbrown, they didnt even seem to know there was a curbside over. i guess the stories they were telling each other were more important. she finally found it under a delivery order, smashed and just sitting there. she rolls her eyes and rolls the bag so tight its squishing my food more and hands it to me and im like its been sitting here for 20 min is it cold and she rolles her eyes again and another lady just yells "we be busy" through her hands on the air and then they all just went back to their talking. So yeah 6 months hasnt changed anything regarding this store, they are still rude...
