This was the worst customer service experience I’ve had in over 30 years. I am only on a 30 minute lunch break. When I walked in, it took the girls five minutes to stop talking, acknowledge me and walk over to take my order. After taking my order, She stopped again, walked to the register to chat again w/another patron that came in after me. After a few minutes she came back and was rude when I asked her to toast the bread as I had ordered. She rudely replied, “Fine! We’ll do it your way!“ She left the bread on the counter and went to heat up the chicken. With the untoasted bread still sitting in front of her on the counter, she resumed chitchatting with her friend and coworker. She had no regard whatsoever for my time, her duties as an employee, or the fact that she represents that store and it’s reputation. At that time I walked out as she made no attempt to assist me, nor make my food and made me feel like I was unwelcome and interrupting her time. I turned and walked out as I had only enough time to make it back to my office with no food. I am not pleased at all and I feel for the company who is probably losing money with employees like that. I understand it’s difficult to find people to work after Covid and feel bad that some people just have no respect nor consideration whatsoever for others. Very disappointed with my experience as well as hungry with low blood sugar. Needless to say I won’t be going back there now unless they’re able to provide her establishment with some decent help I feel for the owners and hope that they are aware of how their establishment...
Read moreI walked in to grab a foot long to go. CHARLES was completely RUDE to me! He starts yelling at me because I wasn't wearing a face mask and telling me I should not be served. (Even though his mask was below his nose) The girl was in the middle of already making my sandwich. So I said "well she already started..are you just gonna throw it away? If you let me finish..I'll be out in 30 seconds." They need a NOTICABLE sign stating this on the front door. There were 5 people seated at tables less than 6 feet behind me, not wearing masks...so what sense does that make?? Painted on the windows is a sign that says 2 subs for 16.99 after 4pm. As it was 5:30 my son asked to get subs so I pulled over. When it was time to pay the subway employee rung up my order I pointed to the sign and he refused to change the price stated I need a coupon. I said there is no mention of a coupon just a time frame which I was ordering in. He refused to change the price. After this experience I will not be coming back to this location the worker...
