I have been coming here for about 3 years now and this is the best nail salon ever. Never, ever had a bad experience here and everyone is so nice, welcoming, professional and does a great job to make sure you are happy with your results. I love how they are always accurate and precise, even if that means an extra 30 minutes, it's definitely worth it! I never request anyone specifically when I go because everyone always does a really great job, so everytime I go it's with a different person and with the same excellent results. I always get a gel manicure and it's always perfect, along with a regular pedicure. The 1 time I tried acrylics, turned out great too. I hate posting reviews and usually give the stars I give and that's it, but today I am posting. I went elsewhere and really wanted a certain design on my nails, that didn't look too complicated at all (just a black french tip with light pink background and silver glitter/sparkles) and I even had the picture with me. My nails were long and strong, but at the other place they messed up entirely,bmy cuticles hurt, they started the process of removing my previous gel mani while I was still getting my pedi done, as if in a rush and used soo much polish that it began to drip to the sides and their attempts to correct it were not ok, even switching techs, it looked sloppy, lots of air bubbles and bump, it was not corrected, just made worse as more layers of polish were applied. I left very upset and took them off while driving (they somewhat easily came off even though it was gel, even tho a few of my nails did break in the process) and picked up my son and came to the 1 place I knew would be able to somehow help me, Hello Gorgeous Nails! After explaining what happened, I was seated down with Nareen, with my son next to me, and was advised on the best course of action and what she would do to get me what I originally wanted. I expressed that my nails were now uneven and probably would have to be cut, but she said not to worry and she would just evenly file them for me, do a dry manicure to keep my nails healthy at this time, and even stated she could do my original design choice for me! I am sooo happy with my nails and how they turned out thanks to Nareen! She did not mess with my already sore cuticles from the other place, but instead offered a better solution and was very honest in the next steps she was taking to prevent further harm to my nails. After writing this review, the manager Angela reach out to me via cell phone apologizing for the poor experience, and offered me an opportunity to come in so she could personally fix my nails. Iām pleased to say that this experience mirrored the first positive experience I had. She does superb, precise work and is very professional. She even went above and beyond to refresh my pedicure from last week. I will continue to recommend this place and stay a loyal customer. Having mixed feelings about this place. The first time I went there I got the best gel manicure Iāve ever had done, and Iāve been to many many places. It lasted me almost a month and the only reason I had to get them redone was because my nails grew out. Last Wednesday I went in for a gel manicure and had one of the worst experiences Iāve had. It has not even been a week and the polish is pulling up on multiple fingers as he painted over my cuticle line. Additionally, two of my cuticles got pulled out inaccurately and are now scabbed from the lack of precision in the techs work. After reading your response I Need to tell you that most of that is incorrect. I arrived at the salon just before 6:00pn You are open til seven. 2hrs were not spent. I left salon at 6:40. I did consult about nail art. It was going to be $15 extra. The pedicure was $35 I tipped six dollars totaling $41 cash. If I got nail art the service would be $50. Furthermore look at the tape again. 3 minute hot stone at best. If Iām wrong please tell me. Two hours. Not even one I ubered to you and home. I can show copies of recoepta with time. How do you substantiate your claim? I did have art done the following day at my place of employment. My service was horrible, rushed and your response is not founded on facts.
