Wendy's — Restaurant in Saint Petersburg

I used to go to the store on my way home unfortunately this would be the last time I will ever go to this Wendy's there is a manager African-American with dreadlocks by the name of Eli who refused to give me a refund after waiting for over 39 minutes. I actually waited for part two of my order for over 30 minutes and he refused to remake my first order the food was absolutely cold and disgusting. I ask for a receipt and they did not have any receipt paper to show that I purchased at this Wendy's, and it has been this norm for months they took a picture of my order on my cekl phone. I was extremely upset the so-called manager with no name tag name Eli was extremely rude and disrespectful. He wanted to argue with me I refuse to get on his level. I spoke to a general manager of another store and they offer to give me a refund and replace me with a new order. I was very pleased with them on 34th Street North and 11th Avenue. The service there in 4st South really sucks at this store. Go here if you are desperate and want to throw up, I was extremly shock with the decling of service here in the last few months. THIS STORE IS EXTREMELY DIRTY DISRESPECTFUL & UNPROFESSIONAL They have been out of receipt paper for months. This is a MO of foreign ownership. Have you ever noticed at foreign ownership gas station no recept paper at the pumps, or toilet paper in any bathrooms it's horriibe. I don't understand this is franchise Wendys restaurant. You guy made an almost perfect fry salad...... Except Bacon Pub Fries means Bacon, (not just A Little Bacon), Pub and Fries. I got exactly five tiny pieces of bacon. 😒

Had I got a nice amount of bacon that four stars would have been a five, easy, maybe even more. 😎

Because it was still great tasting, it had a perfect pub to fries ratio. But if it had a perfect bacon to pub to fries ratio, it would have been THE greatest Bacon Pub Fries I've ever eaten! Hands down! And I'm a Bacon Pub Fries connoisseur. I know Bacon Pub Fries and the ones you serve could be spectacular, connoisseur quality. The ones I got were definitely great! But they could easily be absolute connoisseur quality. No question!

So let's work on the bacon to pub and fry ratio, m'kay? Let's get that one more star. Let's make them spectacular! I know you guys can do it! Because the pub and fries alone were simply amazing! Add a nice amount of bacon? Ooh man, they would be spectacular and you guys would be unstoppable!

I’m really not one to leave a bad review. I feel like often times people focus too much on the negatives and don’t give credit when credits due. Unfortunately though I have gone lone enough without a review and I’m sick of this location’s inability to provide. EVERY TIME I order Uber Eats with this Wendy’s I either get the wrong stuff of missing items. I ordered it the other day and got someone else’s order completely. I figured I’d give it a shot today since it’s a completely different time of day (thinking it would be a different shift) and the SAME THING happened. And Uber will not refund my money OR send someone to go get my PROPER order. This place is ABSOLUTELY RIDICULOUS.
