According to my order receipt, my order for a sandwich, fries and a drink was placed on 3/19/25 at 8:14pm EDT. According to the receipt affixed to the bag, my order was fulfilled at 8:31pm EDT. It was 8:43pm EDT before I had the order in my hand and walked out. According to register operator, Dee, the reason for the delay was related to low staffing levels. That was not a very professional answer; however, the young man only responded from his truth, not necessarily as a leader would respond (I hope!). Several people picking up third party orders appeared frustrated with the slow service. The drive-through was apparently given the greatest priority, and that's understandable yet not excusable. This location is relatively new in an up-and-coming upper middle class to wealthy district. It will not gain favor with this level of service. I worked at this location for a month and I was the worst job experience I have ever had in my 33years of working in many fast food places.let’s start with the crew the girls there were nice but also all minors remy sanders was my favorite crew to work with cuz she get the job done but what made this such a bad experience was the manager Desiree mcaleenan she is not a good manager her service sucks and her attitude is uncalled for. She picks and choose who she wants to be nice to.
