I can say without hesitation that my experience at Coconut Cove was the best meal I’ve ever had in my entire life. From start to finish, everything was flawless — the food, the atmosphere, and especially the service.

We started with the Caesar salad topped with red snapper, and it was absolute perfection — fresh, flavorful, and beautifully prepared. The Thai chili wings were the perfect balance of sweet heat and crispiness, and the jerk chicken pasta was rich, savory, and bursting with flavor in every bite. Every dish was so well-seasoned and perfectly cooked that it honestly left me speechless.

But as incredible as the food was, our waitress Marie truly made the night unforgettable. Her warmth, attentiveness, and genuine passion for ensuring we had the best possible experience made us feel completely taken care of. She was friendly without being overbearing, knew the menu inside and out, and anticipated our needs before we even asked.

For the past 16 years, I've enjoyed vacationing at the Ritz Carlton St. Thomas. The Coconut Cove restaurant is a family favorite.

My go-to meal is the West Indies Chicken Wrap or the Nachoes (add beef and gauc pls). 😊 You also can't go wrong with the burger (fries and ranch on the side). It's so tasty.

Many evenings, you can vibe and groove to live tunes while you enjoy your food.

Very few items to choose from on the menu. The jerk chicken entree was right out of a prewarmed buffet and had been sitting around all day. The staff was not friendly. We tried it 2 days in a row and the staff was even more unfriendly the second time with a manager standing around reading her book at the bar and couldn't be bothered with anything. $14 to add chicken to your $22 garden salad. 😆.
