Lam's Garden — Restaurant in Sainte Genevieve

Visited Ste Gen and this placed was recommended by a local. Its a bit hidden off the main road but the food is amazing!!!

They make their own potstickers, got mine steamed and they were sooo good. Almost ordered another but wanted to save room for my entree- the orange chicken platter. It looked odd at first, gelatin- like, but after the first bite I was hooked!! The cute little bits of orange zest- this is how orange chicken should test (forget panda express). And they give you a free fortune cookie too.The owners (waiter/chef) were the nicest people ever!

Food was delicious and very fairly priced considering we are from California. We are foodies and I will tell you they have the freshest sweet and sour chicken we have ever had in our entire life. I highly recommend the salt and pepper chicken with fried rice. Their crab rangoons are fantastic. We were the only people in there yesterday but maybe that is because it was a holiday? The food is fresh, hot, and super super tasty.

My go to is the teriyaki shrimp, and crab sticks. So so yummy!

The husband and wife that run the place are super nice too. Always very helpful, and very friendly!

10/10 for me, easily best Chinese in Sainte Genevieve. Way better...
