I don't think my fiance and I have been as underwhelmed with a meal with such high ratings on Doordash as we were today. I specifically looked for potato soup on Doordash, and now I wish I hadn't. The soup in the pictures on your storefront looks creamy and delicious. What we got was a very thin, sad, ghostly white, barely flavored broth with some potatoes, scallions, and bacon bits. False advertising at its worst.
The Caprese sandwich was flavorless and it was thrown in the garbage along with the rest of our food. The best part of our meal tonight was the frozen fries and mediocre at best fry sauce. The Mac and Cheese tasted like noodles and cream. No flavor or consistency beyond a watered down.. Water? 🤣 I'd be lying if I called it a sauce.
Please help me understand what went wrong tonight. I have NEVER been as motivated to write such a bad review before on here for food, but it's beyond upsetting to pay $80+ on food and delivery fees only to get such flavorless and gross food. Yes, gross. Please help us understand what happened with our meal tonight. Was it a new cook? Old food? Busted give-a-damn since you already have decent reviews from those on Doordash who either got decent food or don't care to review?
Others, take heed. We honestly aren't the type to leave bad reviews, but it was 1000%...
Read moreBtm used to be one of my favorite places to eat at.
After the menu changed though it's just been downhill. I was super excited to see it reopen and wanted to get my hands on some tachos. But when I got my togo container I was immensely disappointed to see the portion size was cut by half! One of the biggest things I loved about btm is the fact that they give you massive servings. I don't mind the price being raised but I'd rather not have to order 2 of everything in addition to the price increase.
They also got rid of their drinks and a lot of things on the menu. I usually went for the tachos but I had friends who would die by other meals that just aren't available anymore.
I gave btm the benefit of the doubt and went in again to order something else. There was no one at the counter so I rung the bell. Waited a good while and then rung it again. No one came up. I heard music and people laughing loudly in the back. I left a couple minutes later.
I've a few instances of bad service and even once got cold food like it had been microwaved to heat up. I ignored it because the staff was very friendly and the food was worth it. But with the change in everything it's not...
Read moreFirst off, this place was difficult to find. I asked a coffee place next door how to find it since there are no signs outside and it's located in a common/strip mall area. I got their most popular sandwich "Clubhouse" and their Totchos. The Totchos were sub par, I didn't eat them fresh so I can't say whether they were crispy at some point but flavor wise they were alright- nothing special. My problem was the sandwich. This sandwich was essentially tomato and avacado. The bacon was so thin that you literally could not taste it and if there was anything else on this sandwich it was non existent. This sandwich was also literally so small, I usually share my meals with my husband but it was not a full meal, especially for the price. The saving grace was the bread, it was fantastic. I would honestly just buy the bread to take home and make a sandwich myself. Also the girl who answered the phone to take my order and who was behind the desk seemed very annoyed and didn't want to be there, she may have been having a bad day or something. With all of that being said I will not be returning, I'm not sure how this place has such good reviews...
