Blackjack's On Commercial — Restaurant in Salem

I think this place has been a great place all up until today, the 2 Male bartenders that work The nights I’ve been in. are pretty awesome They’re respectful they’re funny and friendly And they know how to do their job. Great customer service. Tonight, Christmas . the woman, working there was completely disrespectful she was overcharging for drinks. She kicked me out of the bar for talking to my family on the phone . I didn’t know that you weren’t allowed to use your phone in the bar? so severely threatened for it.She came at me all aggressive at the poker machines threatening me telling me how much of a bother I was to customers there all complaining . how if I didn’t leave immediately or get off the phone she was gonna kick me out . I needed to do it now. She was threatening to throw beverages at customers, older people sitting at the bar. They didn’t quite know how to take her comments. I didn’t Either . I also did not tip her because of how disrespectful she was acting. Before she kicked me out. the tone in her voice and her demeanor The entire way she was carrying herself. Offputting And then while she’s kicking me out, There was one person On the furthest machine from me and the person that showed up with me. I don’t know where all these people were that I was disturbing. She was very adamant that I did what she said immediately Then she’s decides to go outside and smoke . She already chased off the rest of the people at the bar. So then I had to stand there and wait for her Alone with all of the none people that I was disturbing.. waiting for her. Then a man walks in and says Alwaystip Your bartender . I was like OK I get it now. because I didn’t tip her. She kicked me out the bar . And she’s telling customers . I always tip I sent somebody in with the tip Because I was leaving just the other day. but I tip for The experience, the quality.The look on her face was disgusting. Shes Also talking about huffing the whipped cream straight out of the can . Maybe she was missing her drugs. I gave it a three stars because she’s been the only awful experience I’ve had.. Enjoyed the atmosphere... warm and inviting. Did not enjoy the service we received. Had to continually request a drink and even food items. When we asked to order something we were told we had to wait until she smoked a cigarette. Same attitude with the new help that came in. When we asked several times for our check and we were ignored my brother whistled lightly and he then told us we were rude for whistling. I think he didn't hear us because the music was a bit loud. Cindy is 1 of the best Bartenders in Salem, very attentive, welcoming and always of her patrons needs. The atmosphere is great just keep nikki out of blackjacks…… ok so several years later. The best bartenders are Joe, Abraham, the rest are new to me. Some need some work, Abe is my fave, followed by Joe, the rest can get better.
