Listen to the negative reviews and don't be surprised if they mess up your order. I've never had a bad experience at The Yard before Cadillac Grille. This place ripped us off and practically stole from us. My boyfriend and I ordered two burgers from here. The woman at the counter got my order wrong twice. When we returned the food the 2nd time, I decided I didn't want food from there anymore, so we asked for a refund.

We were told they first need to "watch a video of us ordering" to confirm they got the order wrong. Thirty minutes pass, and the woman comes out with a phone number on a piece of paper. She tells us to call the number to speak with the manager. The manager is very polite and tells us he will refund the money to our card. He tells us to contact him if we don't get it within the next few days. It's been over a week and we have not received a refund. He doesn't respond when we contact him. Cadillac Grille essentially stole from us as I did not receive the food I ordered and paid for. They promised a refund and then ghosted us. TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE FOR MEDIOCRE FOOD. I ordered the chicken bacon ranch sandwich and a order of chili fries. The woman at the counter had the ugliest attitude. When I first walked up I said hello and asked how she was doing, she just stared at me for a second and then replied flatly “fine. What are you getting?”. I ordered, came back later (they made it pretty quickly) and when I sat down had no chilli fries. I went back, politely said that I ordered them but didn’t get them. She looks up my order while SO BOTHERED that I asked. She said I didn’t get them and I tell her we talked about it. She just blamed me for her not entering them, I didn’t even want to blame or argue I just wanted my fries and would rather not disagree so I just said never l mind thanks anyways and left. What a wonderful experience it was to eat at Cadillac Grille. The only unfortunate thing is the wait, but very understandable due to them being short staffed and very busy. But let me say that the food is worth the wait!!! I love that you can do any burger as a slider, this gave my wife and I the ability to try 3 separate burgers. The Bacon and Bleu, the Sevy Beercheese, and the Spicy. I liked the Spicy, my wife liked the Sevy Beercheese, but we both agreed that the Bacon and Bleu is to die for!!!!! I also couldn't pass up the opportunity to order the Rickster. Which is so big! Their ground beef is fresh and the bacon they use is some of the best flavored and thick sliced Bacon I've ever had.
