My âpad see eewâ I was looking forward to did not even come with the right noodles; âpad Thaiâ style; long and thin. Even though they advertised as having the medium noodles that it typically is. Like with drunken noodles The only flavoring they used in my dish was soy sauce. I realize thatâs typical sometimes, but most places usually get a little more creative. My girlfriendâs yakisoba had no sauce, nor flavoring of any kind, it was completely bland. Restaurant food (if you want to get out) seems to be so expensive these days. Their sign shows real pad see ew, but the photos here show what they actually serve, which is thin rice noodles and therefore not pad see ew at all. I understand not having capacity to serve a bunch of different types of noodles in a little food cart, but then just leave it off the menu. Or at least put your version on the sign. (Where did they even get the photo on the sign??) I would have happily ordered something else if I had known.
Also, the sauce tasted bad, which is too bad because the thin noodles soak up way more of it than real pad see...

Sadly, the food was awful. I ordered Pad See Ew and was so disappointed. The noodles used in the dish were not the right kind even though the photo advertised on the menu showed the dish made with egg noodles. To make matters worse, the sauce that coated the noodles tasted like dirty coffee water mixed with soy sauce and fish sauce.
