Ordered a pizza w/ side of boneless wings here a couple weeks ago via domino's app. Was very disappointed when our order was cancelled from the store with no reason given and no phone call to let us know our order would not be delivered. This was around 11:30p (Our card had already been charged the money). I spent the next half hour calling the store trying to find out what was going on. Every once in a while someone would answer and then hang up on me.
This someone turned out to be the assistant manager, Nickie, who FINALLY answered the phone at midnight - when they close. She rudely informed me that no one was in the store, the order had been voided (she didn't know why - blamed the app) and no, I could not get my money back that night so I could not get my dinner elsewhere.
Called the next morning and spoke with Tony, the manager, who was all apologies. Informed me the order had been voided at the store, not through the phone app, and that the delivery drivers have been taking advantage of Nickie so they can go home early. Had Nickie bothered to call and tell us she had no delivery drivers we would have picked the order up. Had Nickie called us, she could have voided the order and returned the money onto the card the same night.
Tony was great and he did offer me a free meal, but I have no intention of going back to this store or using the free meal. Nickie was just too rude and lied to me about too many...

For example, Tonight we ordered a garden salad along with several other hot items. Most the hot items arrived, BUT the premade salad, the delivery driver had to leave and come back (which took at additional 30 minutes,I waited an hour total for a salad) They also constantly forget to bring a receipt and need a reminder call to make sure the receipt arrives. Very disappointing. This store is in desperate need of new management. Update:8/30/18 My Company put in an order at 11:20PM, I then called a few minutes later to make sure it went through okay. The person who picked up (Nicky) was very uninterested in speaking with me. She told me she could not do the order we placed (Total of $92.00) because she was short staffed and only had 2 delivery drivers. Offered a 50% discount on the next order,. Then said she was only one person. We then placed an order for 3 large pizzas (total of $54.00) the order never came. I got a general managers name: Veronica. As someone who managed restaurants for years and know how hard it is, It’s about how the employees deal with the mistakes that matter most and a sorry should be part of it. I ordered $60 worth of food for my family and paid for 5 extra icings. My order gets to the door and I have 1 icing and I should have had 6. The driver looks at me like I’m an inconvenience and says, “it’s pretty far, you’re fine with the one right?” No I’m not, obviously when I paid for extra. If you get paid for the delivery then check it. So he refused to come back, didn’t apologize and when I asked if he could talk to the mgr he said, “you can call, I’m just a driver”. Call I did, about 7 times, first time I’m put on hold and never answered and all the others nobody answered. I get the fact that everyone is short staffed but you won’t have to worry about being busy anymore if this is Your response to upset customers.
