Dunkin' — Restaurant in Salem

Many student or faculty or regular customers stop by here for breakfast or lunch or just for a cup of coffee my recent experience here was terrible the guy with glasses makes gross coffee and sandwiches every time I get food the coffee taste like trash water or the sand which the bread falls on the floor and toasted to a level of burnt and serves it disgusting many other students I’m sure are aware, but don’t want to be problematic, but I’m going to say something because as a college student we are broke half of the time so if we are spending 20-50 dollars weekly on Dunkin’s we expect to receive good quality. @ corporate of Dunkin’s or human resource solve this...

Whoever the afternoon staff is on monday seem miserable. The woman ignored my friend and I when trying to order at the counter. The man who finally walked over with a patchy scruffy beard was very rude, he kept trying to close the sale before we could finish our order, had an attitude when asked about munchkins, and overall just had a rude demeanor. Our drinks came out horrible, we ordered a frozen caramel coffee. No Caramel taste in it at all. My food also came out burnt and hard…I have no idea what...

Before 4 PM the women are lovely attentive polite and sometimes go above and beyond. However, at night: They close at 5:30 but the man who closes is constantly rude and always cleans the machines over an hour early including the frozen drink machine.
