Long John Silver's | Taco Bell — Restaurant in Salem

My fiancée picked up some food for me at the Salem "Long John Silver's" because I'm down sick and can't stomach much. I ordered the 2 fish/6 shrimp platter with hushpuppies and 2 sides. Not only did we not get either side we asked for (extra hushpuppies and coleslaw), but the fish tasted stale and greasy, and the shrimp were all chewy. Everything tasted like it had been under a warmer for 2 hours. The only things that tasted half decent were the 2 hushpuppies. We're very disappointed! If we didn't live all the way across town, we would've come back and asked for a refund....

Honestly, working in food service, the biggest thing you can taste is the oil that needs changing or it burns so fast due to frying the fish. I get that part, but come on, you're part of Taco Bell, y'all can give a little more to it. Maybe have a separate fryer for the fish; the food would be mid-tier.
