McDonald's — Restaurant in Salem

Went to McDonald's this morning.. After working my first midnight shift in awhile. Went there for QUICK bite to eat. . I was tired as is. Waited 10 minutes for me and my friends food. And then when I got my large fry the box was crushed and when I fully opened it and tapped it on my table the large fry was not even half full.. Same applied for my friends fry so I had to go up and complain because they can't even open and fill a fry carton right... Seriously? Not only that but our nuggets were super dark so there oil needed changed. The customer service in general sucked. Forgot to mention when we first arrived no one said anything to us. Cashier came over after I'd say 3 minutes according to my phone and she asked my friend what she wanted to eat and she didn't know so she walked away... And it's like umm really? I knre what I wanted. After I ordered my friend might been ready to order considering she usually just orders what I do. Not happy with this service and will NEVER RETURN here... So incredibly slow. There was another guy and his friend in line behind us.. And like I said we waited 10 minutes for our food. We ate for about half hour and those guys were still waiting for there food and not only that on our way out they threw his food out and had to redo it because they messed it up. So I'm so mad about this. DON'T GO THERE IF YOU WANT QUICK...

Just rude people. Never give you a smile. When they greet you it's a very Stern how can I help you. They seem to be too busy into their personal conversations then they are into customer service. Can definitely tell that this is a franchise and not a corporate store. Employees seem very disorganized from their uniforms to their personalities with the customers. Food is questionable. The last couple times I went here I made special request got a very bad attitude and then they turned around and didn't even make my food properly and it was cold. Yes cold and for something that sits in a warmer that is not good. Definitely worth the ten minute drive to Columbiana just hit that McDonald's there do not go to this...

I've been to McDonald's twice recently to try the new crispy chicken sandwich special. The first time I went the sandwich was very moist, but I had to eat half of a sandwich before I got any pickle because they only put two small slices on each sandwich. The second time I went, it was the same deal with the pickles, and the sandwich, while good, was a little dryer. I got Sprite as a soft drink with the deal, and didn't realize till I got home that it was pure soda water. I phoned them and they said the next time I'm there I will get a free drink.
