Cass was amazing at the drive thru! I drive a semi truck and was parked at the nearby Hucks so I decided to walk over to get some coffee. Instead of making me feel weird about walking up to a drive thru location (which I didn’t know by the way lol …first time visiting a Scooters ) she smiled and took my order and made sure I was taken care of! Customer service was great! But I have ordered here multiple times and paid for a dairy alternative in my drink since I’m very lactose intolerant, and many times I’ve been given a drink with regular milk even though paid for the dairy alternative. I would give 5 stars if my allergen was taken...
