To begin, upon walking in we are told to sit where ever. Nobody comes around to get our drink order, after watching other customers we realized we had to get our own. The cup sizes were small, maybe a 12oz. The food was horrible from the soup, egg rolls to the lo mein noodles. I do not even know what was wrong with the soup but there was no way I was eating it. The egg roll had no cabbage just "chicken" mush which resembled wet dog food and tasted just as bad as what i imagine wet dog food to be. The fried shrimp tasted like how cat urine smells. Hell didn't even have big enough cups to wash the food down. After all that not one person came to the table, speaking of which the end of the table was sticky... didn't realize it until my napkin stuck to it. The best thing i had there was the glass of water. We were so disgusted with the food and service we decided to leave... and didn't even get a fortune cookie. It was not worth the money, we will not be returning as well as letting those we know about our horrible...

The fact that it is a fully self- service establishment, including getting your own drinks, is not so much a problem itself; however when you run a fully self-serve buffet you should at least have one person out front to properly greet guests. Their one true responsibility- that being the food- is bland, under-cooked, over-cooked, poorly cooked, or very sweet. It was easy to tell much of it had been sitting out for a while. The rice was dry and had a very odd texture to it. Almost flaky. The coffee has a metalic aftertaste, and the fried cream cheese is very sweet. The potatoes were undercooked and cold, the fruits are dry from being out so long, and some of the puddings have started to develop a dry film on top and are nearly empty. The only save was their steak item and a few of the deserts.
In summary, for them being a fully self-service restaurant they really phone it in on the one part they should...
Read moreThis place is nasty. It has really gone downhill over the past year or two. What little food is out is cold and dried up, the place is freezing because they are too cheap to turn on the heat in the winter. It you ask if they are putting more food out they will rudely tell you that they are out, and when you look surprised they will tell you they cannot afford to keep putting food and that they would make no money. If you can't manage your business better than this, perhaps you should consider going to takeout only or menu orders only and ditch the buffet altogether. Or, better yet, shut yours door forever and go to hospitality school to learn how to treat people. Actually, maybe you should go to a trade school; you really shouldn't be working...
