The salem location has been recently updated and looks very nice. They have a wide variety of products and services. Tammy is the only person i will let cut my hair anymore. More than once she has fixed an issue i had when i went to someone else who messed my hair up. She is constantly learning new skills and improving her craft. An excellent/model employee that any business would be lucky to have. She is very personable and works with her and your schedule to find times that work well for both in a timely manner. If I could give them negative stars I would. After using the cost cutters app to do an online booking got to the salon at the time selected and was told the app didn't take into consideration a bridal party of 5 with up dos and I would have to wait 45 minutes. An hour and 10 minutes later I walked back in and stood there another 10minutes while the stylists sat in the back room/office doing the not I game. I REPEAT I REPEAT DO NOT GO HERE. it's not just 1 of the ladies that don't know what they're doing it's all of them. i went in for a "trim". keep in mind my hair is 26" long and i love it very much. i told her to cut no more than 2 1/2" off.
