This is a fantastic dive bar! their steak and cheese bomb is the BEST. Burgers are delicious, as is the pizza. The specials have not disappointed either. They are well known for their steak tips as well.

Now that I am celiac, I can't enjoy most of the menu. There is not a dedicated fryer and the griddle is a source for cross contamination. That being said, I appreciated the steps the server took to discuss items with the kitchen and verify which items were safe. Lickily the steaktips were! I enjoyed them "whistle style" over rice pilaf. It was delicious and a generous portion, which my husband was happy to take for lunch the following day.

Got cut off after ordering one round of shots and asking for a second at 10pm. Was told that it was because they “close at 11” and “the owner knows what’s going on”

Sorry my friends and I (who are in our thirties if she bothered to ID us) we’re trying to commemorate the loss of a dear friend with some car bombs and tequila shots. We weren’t loud or disrespectful in any way and we’re cut off quite promptly.

This place has gone downhill in the last five years and simply does not carry the same atmosphere as it used to. The village tavern got our business instead and treated us immeasurably better.

Bbq ribs are our favorite. Awesome bar pizza, cheesy and crunchy and chewy.. steak and cheese are great too. Everything is always good and we are always content eating or trying something new. Never waste or money here, we bring new friends, and they now crave the bbq ribs, too, making us go more often 😋. We have 2 ladies that work there, that are the nicest, friendly bartender+servers, that hustle and make it just that much better & we appreciate them.
