Wish there was an option to put no stars. Absolutely atrocious and unprofessional.

Went to test drive a C300, I get there and the car is smoking. Owner tells me there is no smoke in fact there was and there was a significant amount coming from the gasket. His excuse of the smoking that he finally discovered was that the engine had just been cleaned and it was the chemicals burning off- I wasn't born yesterday. Drove all the way from Lawrence to Salem, MA to test drive the car so I did and it actually drove pretty well. So I asked to have it looked at by MY mechanic to see what the smoking was. Owner refused, came up with the biggest excuses such as "I'm busy" and "Methuen is out of the way"

Finally, made a complaint and this is the response from the OWNER that I receive: "Drove the car to his mechanic, (40 Miles from my dealership) without leaving a deposit, Customer was not even present at his mechanic shop. The car checked out PERFECT. Called back to dealership at the evening and lowballed $2000 less than the asking price. Very "nicely" asked him to find another car." The owner acts as if I didn't drive those "40 miles" which is actually 25 miles if you go 114. The car in fact did NOT check out "perfect". The gasket was actually done on the car- that constitutes the smoking. The owner did not by any means ask "very nicely" to find another car. He actually screamed at me over the phone that I couldn't afford his car and called me a liar.

If anything is learned, stay away from childish owners. They want your money to sell you a lemon. Go else where or find something in good...

I recently purchased a used 3 series BMW from Peter at a very fair price. He was very knowledgeable about the vehicles and had performed all of the scheduled maintenance based on the mileage of the vehicle. I had this verfied by my independent BMW specialist. After purchasing the vehicle and under closer inspection I noticed that one of the mechanical "flappers" that controls the high beam function on one of the over engineered bi-xenon headlights wasn't working properly. A new headlight assembly from a BMW dealership runs around $1700 on that model due to the fact that it has an adaptive headlight feature with a series of servos and motors controlling the angle of the headlights. Peter happily took the vehicle to his mechanic to be inspected and ended up replacing the headlight assembly for us free of charge. He even washed the car for us after fixing the light. My experience with Peter has been great and I have already recommended him to friends. We would definitely consider buying from Peter again...

Peter was so incredibly helpful and patient with me. He even offered to hold the car for me for 3 weeks while I figured out what to do with my old car. I am super picky and compared a million cars based on year, mileage, condition, any accidents, etc, and the Infiniti I got was the best I could find that met all my criteria; I am in love with it!!!He genuinely wants you happy with your purchase and I personally could not be happier! You will not find a better car or dealership than Peter and European Cars LLC, and I will 💯 be back for myself, my daughter, anyone I know in the market for a nice used car!

UPDATE: Just bought my second car from Peter and just as great an experience and a really great car! He is so nice and easy to work with. I will definitely be sending any family and friends I know to him!! Thanks...
