Letās start with the obvious: Open the drive-thru. Or hire more people. Or both. Iāve been told the reason the drive-thru is āalwaysā closed is some sort of staffing issue. But come onāwhen the parking lot feels like a ghost town, itās not a staffing shortage, itās a motivation shortage. Open the drive-thru because ain't no one inside taking orders either unless you can yell loud enough to get them to leave the backroom.
This might honestly be the most poorly run Carlās Jr. Iāve ever been to. And thatās saying something. When you do finally get food, itās usually lukewarm at bestālike itās been waiting on the counter, wondering why you took so long to pick it up. The food is your standard Carlās Jr. fare: barely edible enough to prevent your girlfriend, wife, or travel companion from going full hangry meltdown. Outside of the jalapeƱo poppers (the lone bright spot here), thereās no reason to darken this doorway.
Itās just not a fun place to go. In a small town like Salina, where options are limited, itās genuinely sad that this could be a great place for locals and travelers alike⦠but instead, itās a punchline.
Bottom line: š« Drive-thruās a joke. š Foodās cold and forgettable. š¶ JalapeƱo poppers are the only reason to stopāotherwise, keep driving like your stomachās life...

First after waiting for a lengthy amount of time the driver in front of me backed out of the drive-thru and drove off. I informed the girl at the window that the customer in front of me had left. She rang me up for my order correctly but gave me the previous customers order anyway. luckily I hadn't left the parking lot this time and was able to go inside and exchange the incorrect order for what I thought was my correct order. upon further inspection I discovered that half of what I ordered was neither on the receipt or in the bag. I proceeded through the drive-thru a second time to reorder the missing food. When I got home and bit into a western bacon burger I instantly discovered that the bacon was burnt! Not just a little bit but completely burnt causing the entire sandwich to have a burnt taste. I swear, the day they actually get my order right the first time I go will be something out of...

Happend at 8:43pm on 11/11/24 i went in the gas station and spoke to gas station rep who gave me management's information who will be getting a call from me First thing in the morning as i was on a phone call when I pulled up to the drive through window and uh, other person on the phone and they heard it as well completely disrespectful service here I will never stop at this restaurant again. And I travel through this area every 2 weeks for work but you have lost my business because of the staff you have on hand tonight. That's extremely rude and disrespectful to be spoken to like that especially when i've done nothing but pulling the drive through to order some food and i am spending my money in your establishment, I'll take my business across the street to The subway...
