CD Tradepost — Local services in Salina

Horrible service from a girl named deonne working behind the counter... incredibly rude and was more concerned with getting off work then helping the customer...we were buying a box set ...she looked at the DVDs before putting them in the case like they always do...well I decided to look at the discs and I'm glad I did before we left ...there was food and scratches all over both discs when I ask her to clean them she gave me an attitude...she went back in the back cleaned them ....then I asked if we have any problems with these can we return them....she said in a snooty voice not for cash back...it have to be for store credit...then called us out on being in their so close to closing time....wow....we will never shop here again and I will spread the word..that was ridiculous..I will only shop at the...

Cool store in a way.... But as most of what they have us outdated and unwanted it is hard to see as a very good store. The service I had was terrible as well. I tried to get rid of unwanted DVDs and watched as the clerk checked in all my movies one by one, first by price, then as to wether the store would take them or not. I waited for her slow service for nearly 39 minutes and then by the method she used she wasted another 30 to 45 minutes simply going through my things to pretty much tell me she wouldn't take any. Check wether you can accept something before you worry about how much you aren't gonna give a person. Saves that customer a hell of a lot...

First off, prices that beat Gamestop for both trade ins and new games. Always a top scorer in my opinion.

Second, they price things fairly based on popularity and age of the title.

That can work in your favor of older trade ins for rare/classic titles, as they pay out based on that too.

Third, While their newer game lineup is sorely lacking, it isn't that kind of store. They are a trade post, hence the name. Their oldschool lineup is second to none, though.

Lastly, the people are fantastic and extremely knowledgeable about anything that comes through their store. And if they don't have it, they...
