UPDATE: After contacting their support team via their website, I was reimbursed by the Crumbl team. They made things right. I can fully support a company that is willing to make things right. As such, me and my wife will reconsider Crumbl cookie in the future.

Original review: This was my wife and I's first time at this Crumbl cookie. It was our anniversary and we came here after hearing all of it's amazing reviews from our friends, coworkers and the news. We were very eager to try out the week's cookies which were an oreo cake, strawberry shortcake, chocolate chip, pink frosting and banana bread cookie. They looked good on display. The place itself looks a bit souless with only white and pink colors, and our human interaction was very minimal, we weren't greeted or even had more than 5 words exchanged with the staff. However our order did come out very quickly with the servicer! We were happy to be in and out of there in less than 5 minutes, even if the servicer didn't acknowledge my name.

But, we were soon disappointed. Once we got home and had a little bit of the frosting on the strawberry shortcake, it tasted absolutely awful and disgusting. It tasted as if it had been left in the fridge for 7 days, like plastic sugar that was going bad. We then tried the Oreo cake and it was the same quality, dreadful and disgusting. Fortunately, the chocolate chip and banana bread tasted ok but they definitely tasted as if they had been left out for a bit.

We will not be coming back to this...

Crumbl Cookies is a sweet treat lover’s dream, and I can’t get enough of it. What sets this cookie shop apart is its weekly rotating menu, offering a fresh lineup of unique and seasonal flavors. It’s exciting to know that every week brings a new variety, allowing me to try an endless array of creative, indulgent cookie combinations. Whether it’s a rich chocolate flavor one week or a fruity concoction the next, I always look forward to discovering what they’ve come up with.

That said, while the flavors are undeniably delicious, these cookies are calorie-laden and definitely not for the calorie-conscious. With each bite packed with decadence, it’s clear that Crumbl is about indulgence, not restraint. You’ll definitely feel like you’re treating yourself, but be prepared for the calorie hit.

Additionally, the cookies are on the pricier side, especially considering the size—though they’re certainly worth it for a once-in-a-while splurge. The cost might make you hesitate, but the quality and variety of flavors, combined with the excitement of the weekly menu changes, make it a fun, albeit occasionally...

I have heard a lot of hype about Crumbl Cookies but I was really sad once I tried them. I absolutely LOVE white chocolate macadamia nut cookies, ice cream, etc. Generally, with this style of cookie, the white chocolate chips are baked into the cookie and melt a bit as they bake. With this crumbl cookie, they were just sprinkled all over the top and there were WAY too many. The snikerdoodle cupcake cookie was okay but the icing was EXTREMELY sweet - cloyingly so. The nutter butter icing was also unbearably sweet.

Overall theme of these cookies - WAY TOO SWEET. And omg $5 for ONE COOKIE 🤯 I don't care how big a cookie it is, if it's $5 it better be absolutely delicious. Sadly, I...
