Teriyaki Madness — Restaurant in Salinas

Not impressed at all. Actually, it's very disappointing. It's Panda style foods with a bit higher price. Employees standing around loudly talking & joking around while we have to flick food particles off the table where we sit. The tables & the floor have food & crumpled napkins, yet they're not cleaning anything up. I ordered the Combo madness salmon teriyaki. Taste like frozen fish and it's bland. The egg roll is sad looking. My daughter bought a bowl with Teriyaki chicken & yakisoba. Barely any chicken, and the yakisoba was bland. It would have been better going to Panda or Arigato. We dined-in, but ate our meals in to-go contaners because we were not asked if we were dining in or not. There's no "madness" about this place....

Pretty disappointed. Drove all the way from Santa Cruz to come over here for first time too top it off. I was placing an order and hadn't even paid yet before I gave my money I seen a offer they had to make your bowl a meal that the cashier didn't even mention or offer so I tried to add it on and they said it was too late they alrsdy sent in the order before I even paid?? Never ever heard of that before ridiculous couldn't even add a simple drink and egg roll I could understand if I paid already and tried to add it after the fact but I hadn't even gave them any money prior to my request to make it a meal. Good way to ruin a first...

We tried this place for the first time. It was mediocre for teriyaki. The portions are substantial. We ordered the chicken breast with fried rice and only broccoli. Two orders of the regular size entree. In addition, we got an order of the crab Rangoon and 2 sodas. One of the entrees was free. Despite that, the bill was still nearly $50! Outrageous for what I consider fast food! The chicken was dry, unfortunately. The teriyaki did have good flavor. My husband liked the fried rice the most.
