Taqueria Taquitos — Restaurant in Salinas

Hungry for a quick dinner, my daughter told us Taqueria Taquitos was just the place. My husband had carnitas, my daughter had quesadilla, and my son and I each had an order of the Super French frys. See the photos. To say the the portions were generous would be an understatement. My husband easily had one pound of carnitas meat on his plate; none of us could finish our meal because the portions were so large. The food tastes amazing as well as having large portion size. We all loved what we had ordered, and we all plan on coming back to this wonderful restaurant. We stopped the waitress and exclaimed to her our delight in the meal. Since this restaurant is at a mall, there are no specialized parking areas for handicapped persons. Having said that, handicapped people could still find a place to sit at this restaurant. The restaurant is as clean as any average restaurant. But, since I did not use their restroom, so I cannot report on that. Come here if you want an absolutely delicious Mexican meal. You...

Si sierran a las 9 yo llego al tiempo y me quedo hasta que hagan el orden correcto. La cagan cada vez que vengo! Como lo hacen de adrede😂 if you asked for refried beans and they repeat your order they will more than likely give you whatever they feel like giving you. Salsa verde has been turned in they don’t even try, I’ll stay 10 after closing til they make my order right, especially if they’re sulking about it, if their hours state they close at 9 I’ll be there 5 minutes before closing you can tend your last customer when you make an order incorrectly, you can’t close whenever you want if they’re are hours of business stated otherwise some people are worse than me when it come to wait times. Horchata is sub par very warm and watery. Not at all like Taquitos on north main...

This is Mom's and I FAVORITE Taqueria when we shop at Safeway. Boy, WE REALLY LOVE their chicken enchiladas plate. This place provides chips and salsa. Something I have come to notice and APPRECIATE! Furthermore, this establishment gets it RIGHT, with respect to Elderly, Handicapped, Disabled, and Diabetics.... especially Women. If they serve you a drink and/or food, you need to to use the restroom?....by all means, please do. However, what REALLY IMPRESSED ME....the restroom got cleaned and sanitized right after I visited it. And again, after my Mom. I just wish that this time I had enough funds to leave a well-deserved tip. I will happily spend my money here, as I am Pre- Diabetic myself. Best of All.... The food and...
