Jack's Coffee — Restaurant in Salinas

This is my absolute favorite coffee in Salinas. It's only a drive up, so there isn't a restroom, and the selection of food is small. The staff is amazing and super friendly. They remember my order and always ask me sincerely how my day is going. I'm not sure about food. I think they have simple things like cookies and maybe pastries. The coffee is made well and has a nice flavor profile. The only cons for me is; one, they close early. Weekdays @ 4pm and weekends it's 2:30pm or 3pm. And two, I like my coffee a little less hot than they make it. The milk isn't scalded or burned just hotter than I like it. But if I ask for it a little less hot, it's perfect! I have been a regular at Jack's drive-through café for several weeks now. There's never a long queue, making it an excellent spot for quick morning caffeine fixes. The coffee served here is commendable, striking a good balance between taste and quality.
