KFC — Restaurant in Salinas

The last 3 times we got food from KFC the order is wrong, they never have what you want unless you wait 20 minutes, and the chicken isn't very good. The most recent visit we went through the drive thru and couldn't hear because of feedback, our order was wrong, they didn't have extra crispy chicken, and the nuggets were not cooked all of the way. They didn't have Dr. Pepper this time. It's always something. The chicken breasts were fatty and undercooked. We weren't offered any sauce for the nuggets, no butter, honey, ketchup; we weren't given a choice of sides but were given French fries. We got 3 napkins and no utensils. There was a language barrier with the employee that tried to take our order but she was trying and seemed overwhelmed, which is why we didn't turn around and take the food back. Usually we have to take the food inside and they fix it the best they can without waiting 20 minutes for an extra crispy breast. I miss...

Went through the drive through window order a bucket of chicken with the works. Paid $46.00 and change . Then then was told to go around the block come back park in the front in order to get her food it was during school getting out I had to pick up the kid from school unfortunately we had to go get the kid first come back and pick up her milk but I don't understand is why do we have to go around the block if there was nobody behind us very disappointed called the representative of KFC that same time and spoke to him but never got word back from anybody unfortunately last month and everyone will know about it this is on South Main Street in Salinas California terrible...

I visited KFC around 6:30 PM and was disappointed with the wait time and the quality of the food. Our order took an hour, and when we inquired, the response felt less than friendly. Once we received our food, it seemed hastily prepared. I’ve had quicker service at other KFC locations where our orders are usually ready in 10-15 minutes. Additionally, I noticed other customers expressing frustration over long waits in the drive-through. While I appreciate the effort of the customer service team, there’s room for improvement in their approach.
