The last 3 times we got food from KFC the order is wrong, they never have what you want unless you wait 20 minutes, and the chicken isn't very good. The most recent visit we went through the drive thru and couldn't hear because of feedback, our order was wrong, they didn't have extra crispy chicken, and the nuggets were not cooked all of the way. They didn't have Dr. Pepper this time. It's always something. The chicken breasts were fatty and undercooked. We weren't offered any sauce for the nuggets, no butter, honey, ketchup; we weren't given a choice of sides but were given French fries. We got 3 napkins and no utensils. There was a language barrier with the employee that tried to take our order but she was trying and seemed overwhelmed, which is why we didn't turn around and take the food back. Once we received our food, it seemed hastily prepared. I’ve had quicker service at other KFC locations where our orders are usually ready in 10-15 minutes. Additionally, I noticed other customers expressing frustration over long waits in the drive-through.
