Rosita's Armory Café — Restaurant in Salinas

Me and my friends are tattoo artist from Visalia California and stopped at this restaurant to eat before we headed home from a convention. At first it was closed and a lady came from the bar near to it and opened for us. We thought it would be a good place to eat. Our food was “HORRIBLE” everything was cold and under cooked. My friends didn’t eat and it was just a big disappointment. I’ve tried to call the restaurant and there is no working phone number. I am so upset that I wasted 100$ on such terrible food and my friends didn’t even eat their food. My family has been coming here every Sunday since I was a baby. Now 27 years later tje tradition continues on with both my daughters coming along and they love it as much as I do.
