Subway — Restaurant in Salinas

If I could give no stars, I definitely would. I came across an issue with an order today during my lunch which keep in mind is limited. I got charged on the app for my order which included a discount for the order, somehow the order never showed up on their system but it did show on my app for my bank statement that it was charged. I was willing to order it again in the store if the discount was still provided since the app wasn’t giving me the option to use it again, which I was denied for such. Everyone here was very rude with terrible customer service. I asked to speak to a manager which apparently the owner was present and she was the most rude person I had ever dealt with & basically didn’t care about my situation. I come here to complain about the poor performance and rudeness I was spoken with. I ordered my sandwiches treating the worker with respect as she’s yelling at me and once I decided to raise my voice she took it personal. I came with my family and we’re about to sit down to dine in as one of the workers yells they’re closing the lobby at 7, but the place doesn’t close till 9. This subway was great.

It was mildly busy but the lady employees that were working there handled the scandal.

Ordered a footlong turkey sub. Were vwry polite and patient. Got all my greens and spices as i pleased. A lady and her kids were infront of me but since my order was simple, i got charged before them. Even got ny sub extra toasty.

All the veggies were fresh and bread was warm.
