I went to this subway and there were two young male workers eating at the subway tables instead of being behind the cash register or the salad bar working!!And to top it off, finally when one of the male workers decided to work I asked if he was ready and he replied "I DON'T KNOW AM I!?" He was RUDE and I HONESTLY DO NOT Recommend this subway restaurant they are rude and have to be told by customers like myself to wash their hands before putting gloves on otherwise they won't do it. I used to work at subway and I know there are safety rules and regulations that have to be followed and that was definitely being ignored by the male worker I was really DISAPPOINTED!!! )=The manager definitely needs to make sure he explains to the co workers how important health and safety rules are. Otherwise a lot of bacteria can be spread. Also the cookies were hard from getting left out for several hours.New fresh cookies every 4-6 hours should be baked if needed. And the male worker must be reminded that every sandwich with meat while being toasted has a certain amount of time to be cooked this means you don't stop it check it and then add more time to it!And when the sandwich is ready worker next time make sure you close the oven and not leave the plastic cooker used for the sandwich on the oven door because it will burn again!! People are so careless now a days subway needs willing workers that will take their jobs seriously and be respectful to the customers!!!! It was a horrible...
Read moreI’ve never been so confused at a Subway before. First of all, their online ordering was off so I couldn’t get 40% off a foot long which already made me sad. Went in anyway and there was a young woman folding subway papers. She kept looking at me and looking away w some attitude on her face. I gave her the benefit of the doubt and thought maybe she was training and didn’t know how to do other stuff and was waiting for a new employee. I was waiting there for 5 mins clearly she knew I was there and wasn’t getting acknowledged so I opened google maps to see if this place was even open, yes, 24 hours. So I keep waiting. A guy pops out of the back, looks at me, walks past we and just starts talking to the woman. They’re talking, looking at me, and then going back to talking for another 5 mins. At this point I’ve been standing for 10 mins looking around confused bc what the hell is happening??????????? The guy goes to the back again and then the woman finally comes up and asks what I want??? She couldn’t have done that the whole time!!? I asked for everything on it but olives, she didn’t put banana peppers, she put two thin slices of onion and barely any lettuce. I’ve never been more unhappy w an experience at subway before. It’s one thing if you’re having a hard day and don’t give the best service, it’s another thing to COMPLETELY IGNORE a customer who almost left bc...
Read moreWow...i mean really...if you are going to make peoples food. Why would you hold a full conversation with your co-worker while making someones food? Basically just talking all over the food as if nothing comes out of a persons mouth when they talk. It's called micro spit particles! On top of that we all are dealing with Covid19. And heres the crazy part...the one that actually had a mask on wasn't making the sandwich! I didn't even order i walked out cause if she was inconsiderate about not talking, not having a mask on than im pretty sure she probably doesn't even change her gloves regularly. Hopefully HR will fire her and hire someone out here that needs a job and will take it...
