AMAZING! This place is unbelievable! I had a "Helado Flotante" (Mango ice cream floating inside a cucumber agua fresca with chamoy and tajin rim) and it was all that I hoped it would be. This is a must try place... Especially if you're looking for something creative and fun!.....Environment is lively. Employees are fun and spunky; greating you with excitement the moment you walk in. And their menu! WOW just WOW. Where do you start! So many options and combination possibilities.... This place can give you just about any candy and ice cream combo on a stick or cup... And they allow you to get creative and customize their already perfect and delicious menu items. Ice cream is made fresh and in house and they have soooo many different flavors....Thank goodness for their pictures 😍.... Be ready to order multiple things and create a mental list of what to get during your next visit. I left that place so excited and happy with my drinks and wishing for more! They were the ultimate neck breakers as I walked to my car...... I highly recommend this place! Try it out! And if you're not a huge fan of spicy mexican flavors then no worries... The food is good. The only thing is that I went recently and I waited 40 minutes for two times. There were four employers in the store, only two of them were helping customers. The other two were in the back either laughing or just coming out and in. There was only about 3 families ahead of me I don’t understand why they took this long. It seemed like one of the girls helping the customers was new, I don’t blame her for being slow if she was new. However, it’s unacceptable how long we had to wait for a small snack. I did noticed that about 3 to 4 families had left after they were waiting for 15 min (they were behind me) because of how long those employees were taking. I would recommend adding more employees or working as a team to get the line moving and not take over 40 minutes to just help 3 families. Also, the manager was trying to figured out the schedule for the next day instead of moving the line. Not sure if I would go back to wait that long. I only waited that long because I was really craving...

Incredibly disappointed with this establishment. Like many of the negative reviews mention; they are horribly understaffed and uncoordinated. There are long wait times. (Which is to be expected when food is made to order. But staff don’t seem to take their job seriously. Or make an effort to move the line along.) They also play loud music, which makes it difficult to place your order. I expected corn with mayonnaise and cheese. But received it with Cheeto Puff dust, and I ended up having to give it away. As it was NOT what I ordered. I’m assuming they could not hear me over the loud music. And after reading the unprofessional, and dismissive responses from the owner, this is not a place I will recommend to others nor will I...
