Bone Heads BBQ Saline — Restaurant in Saline

My best friend and i came here yesterday for a late lunch. The waiter came over and took our order and brought us drinks. A while later a waitress brought my food and we figured my friends food was on its way as well. About 5 minutes or so later the waitress came back and asked if we needed refills and asked if my friend ordered anything, turns out the first waiter didn’t put her order in. So the waitress went back and put her order in, 10 minutes or so later they brought my friends food back and it was wrong so my friend said she didn’t want it and they said they’d take it off the bill. We got the bill and her food was still on there so we had to ask them to take it off the bill. As far as my food it was very underwhelming/disappointing. The greens had zero salt while the fries had WAY too much. The brisket, ribs and chicken were so dry that i had to drench it in bbq sauce but that honestly didn’t help much anyway. The only thing that was decent was the mac n cheese, i feel like i paid $34 for Mac and cheese because i ended up throwing the rest in the trash. It's been weeks since we first tried Bone Heads and I just had to come on here and leave a review. After doing yard work all day, I told my wife I had a strange craving for some BBQ ribs. I didn't have to twist her arm, she was on board. We ordered the family platter and OMG we ate for two days. The ribs were fall off the bone tender, the sauce was out of this world. The smoked chicken was juicy, the skin was crispy enough to enjoy. The brisket, forget about it.....TO DIE FOR!!!! Baked beans we awesome, mashed potatoes were good, the cornbread was really the only thing we didn't care for, gritty and crumbled apart.

But here's the kicker and what really won me over was the young lady behind the counter. I so wish I could remember her name but I have really bad knees and need double knee replacement....without hesitation she offered to carry the meal to my truck for me....that meant more to me than anything.

This place is awesome, I'll keep an eye out for their food truck.....hands down, I would give this place more than 5 stars, and I would say I like them better than...

This is one of my favorite restaurants to order food from, as well as dine in. Ever since this place has opened, we have never been disappointed. The food is always delicious and the service is fantastic!

I want to give a special thanks to, Craig, who serves us whenever we choose to dine in rather than order take out. We have always had an amazing experience as he is attentive, friendly and always makes us want to come back. We honestly thought he was the owner because of the care you can tell he takes in his job, and he cares about his customers. I truly hope the owner or store manager reads this review, because this location and Craig deserve major props. I work in a large company in Ann Arbor and It is near impossible to find staff these days, let alone a GREAT staff member. Craig is one you need to hold on to and who deserves praise.
