It’s the worst communication I had ever experienced in my whole life time. I met Kevin and his wife Stephanie at Cani Salon 4 years+ . Stephany did my nails for almost Two years. For some reason when I called for an appointment with Stephanie, Kevin ( the husband) said : she is no longer working because she went to collage, he suggested someone else (Noel )and she was great , for a year and a half . Stephanie was working during that period of time.! Fine I don’t care . But what happened I realized my phone number was blocked, I talked to Kevin about it ,he started laughing... I asked for Stephanie’s reason not to be my manicurist, he said different culture!? Kevin asked me to forget about it and he is my friend and he will take care of me, and he did .. I started texting for my appointment as Kevin requested, it didn’t work afterwards because according to him he is busy doesn’t read asking me to go to the salon to book my appointment. What a bummer! Who does a trip to the salon for an appointment!!? I was patient for a reason !? The second time a week before the event I’m going to, I texted him followed by another text the day before my appointment. I went there on time and they’re closed for the whole week! They went to Atlanta for vacation A friend suggested a manicurist, I went to her learned later she was Kevin’s sister. Last appointment I took when I was at the salon, to avoid the hectic , Kevin texted me the day before my appointment that he has an emergency apologizing asking me if I want to reschedule, I did , no response at all. The family friend lawyer said it’s discrimination, aggravation matter . He called from my phone it’s blocked then he called from his phone it worked! and it’s...

Scheduled an appt for me & my two friends to get our nails done together. Was told the only time that would all work for us to get our nails done TOGETHER would be 4pm. I booked it, was told I needed to put down a $25 deposit to ensure there would be 3 staff members to attend to us 3 friends at the SAME TIME. was totally ok with that; we wanted to hang out after we got our nails done. Well, one of us sat down at 3:58 & the other two of us sat down at 4pm sharp. First friend was attended to immediately (she’s a regular there). Other friend was attended to roughly by 4:12. & I wasn’t attended to until 4:28. At that point, my first friend was done with her pedicure, mine just started, & our other friend was about 1/2 way done. After waiting for us for a half hour, my first friend left. I had my other friend waiting for my pedicure to finish up, and we all left at separate times.

On top of that, my hot rock massage was not a hot rock massage. The gentleman held the hotrocks is in his hand as he massaged my shins with his knuckles. I feel more dead skin on my feet now than I did before my appointment. And when I left I asked for some shoes to wear out, flip flops or something, THEY WERE USED. there were dirty feet impressions in them already. Disappointed to...

I love this place they make you feel so comfy. They do and amazing job it’s very clean and well kept and Kevin(manager) is a grin. And his wife Stephanie does some amazing artwork(note *my adorable snowman in the pic I posted with this review)And there prices are the best I’ve seen. Very inexpensive not overpriced. No matter what kind of mood I’m in I always leave with a smile on my face and satisfied with the job they did . I mean what more can you ask for. Affordable with excellent A++++++++ customer service. And the biggest thing is they keep there appt times very good. Soooo many place give you and appointment time and your still waiting 1/2 hr - 45 minutes later to get your nails done. Not this place. If you make an appointment your getting you service done within a few moments of that time give or take a minute or 2. I can’t write enough good things about this place. I will NEVER go anywhere else ever again. You want your nails done at an affordable price and done beautifully on time an quick. This is the place to be.
