I had been wanting to try this place since I heard about it opening. Finally got a chance to visit today, and boy, it did not disappoint. The employees were friendly and helpful. I watched the way they handled our sandwiches, clearly with care, so much appreciated. The seating area is not only clean and bright, but spacious. Ample seating is great, but too often places sacrifice being able to move. Not the case here. And of course, the sandwiches (PB&J and Ultimate Turkey) were delicious! The bread is obviously homemade and the sandwiches are made to order (that was my one point of worry going in, but the lunch menu IS all day, awesome). It's pretty rare to find a place with a gourmet PB&J, so quite a jewel for me as a peanut butter fanatic. We'll definitely be going back to try more!
UPDATE (3/15/2025): I've had the opportunity to come back a couple times and try a few more menu options. The turkey grab and go is great, even for someone like me who doesn't really like dill (except in pickles). Loved the jambon beurre - THIS is how you make a French baguette. Not so hard it rips up your mouth, just crunchy and slightly buttery on the outside with a soft inside. Their strawberry hibiscus tea is lovely, and their bagels are so good (and can be ordered with peanut butter, which makes my heart happy).
I had a breakfast sandwich with challah and it was also very good. My only warning there is that the eggs are like a McDonald's Egg McMuffin, not really scrambled. Not a problem, just an expectation...
Read moreLove everything about this establishment. I often go for breakfast and highly recommend the sausage, egg, and cheese sandwich with lettuce and tomato. The Dilly Boy sandwich is another favorite. You can substitute lettuce for any of the breads, if you ask. FYI, it will be Romain lettuce, so not wrapped. The sausage, kale, and bean soup is very tasty, although the portion size (at least to go) is very small for the price. I'm not a fan of the ginger molasses cookie as it doesn't have much flavor. I do prefer their flourless chocolate cookies over the regular chocolate chip cookies-weird. Their flourless brownie is also very good. I typically do not like GF products, so...
Read moreFirst time here, they don’t make blended drinks so I asked for iced caramel macchiato (didn’t see it on the menu but figured they make them cause it’s a regular at coffee shops), they have only a few things listed on menu. After waiting, they give me a tiny small cup of hot caramel macchiato on a 96 degree day that tastes terrible. I didn’t even want to waste my time for a correction so I left. Had to throw it away and get a real drink somewhere else.
Lesson learned, I’ll taste the drink before tipping in advance. I don’t often leave reviews but this had to mentioned for others to be aware. Felt like it was run by incompetent teenagers without...
