Beans & Brews Coffeehouse

I hate writing bad reviews but this experience made me not want to drink at beans and brews again. Sunday morning around 11am I chose to try beans and brew for the first time! The lady was so unfriendly! There’s only one lady there too. I had some questions about the menu considering I don’t know what exactly they are, and oh it’s my fault too knowing I’m blind and I happen not to have my glasses with me which I apologize for as she’s trying to figure out which drink I’m talking about. She told me the wrong drink and her way of explaining it was so fast and not understanding. Rushing like there was a customer behind me but no. It wasn’t even busy. Anyway I told her no, I meant the other one that looks like a pink color drink and she was like yeah no that’s not pink and sarcastically laughed at me. And no it was not a friendly “haha😅”. Long story short, she had a sassy attitude. Sassy expression, sassy tone. So yeah she ruined the experience for me. Such a poor customer service. We all know wherever we work at, customer service is key and unfortunately she does not have that kind of skill. She looks Asian or maybe half Asian and as an Asian myself I do not claim her nor that manner. Asian or not, she was unacceptable. Respectfully. FYI if you guys were wondering why I didn’t look up the menu first, it was a last minute thing and wanted to try it since I had a friend who kept assisting that I tried out beans and brews.
