In October a few members of our hospital were in town for a conference and needed a caterer for an event we planned at a Barcade in downtown SLC. We didn't know what catering company or restaurant to use, we just knew we wanted a bunch of different hand held food options and things that were easy to eat while attendees talked and played games. Fortunately, after a google search we found Bricks Corner and saw that they catered. The reviews are great but I wasn't sure how good the food or catering service was, but I decided to take a chance. Bricks Corner and their Catering Manager, Jami Case, outperformed all of our expectations and did a fantastic job! From the beginning, Jami was a true professional, who was very responsive, attentive, and even helped us plan our menu for the event. Jami was awesome to work with, she showed up early to set-up for our event, and she even helped create a new food item for us that wasn't even on their catering menu (chicken & cheese quesadillas rolls) that were awesome. Speaking of food, the pizza, meatballs, brussels sprouts, salad, and quesadilla rolls were all delicious, and were kept hot all night long for our event. I had many people compliment the food telling me how great it was, which made me really happy as event planning can be quite stressful. I highly recommend bricks corner to any one looking for great food, especially pizza, in the SLC area. Furthermore, if you need a caterer for an event in SLC, Bricks Corner and Jami did an outstanding job, delivering superior service and delicious food at a very reasonable rate. 100/10 - Thank you...

I can't think of any place where EVERY SINGLE TIME I go in, I have an AMAZING experience! The crew that works here are so badass, and the pizza is literally the best pizza I've ever had ANYWHERE, EVER. I'm not being dramatic either, this is the greatest pizza from Utah to Japan. Nothing compares, and the employees make it that much more incredible. Thank y'all for the incredible pie, and fun atmosphere. Keep up the great work because you're KILLING it! 👊 Okay, I wanted to update my recipe because these guys (especially Jami who is PHENOMENAL!) are so incredible! I ordered a pizza and when I got home, it was different than my order. I called to see if I could bring it back and get my correct order, and they said of course, and to not bring it back, but they'd just make me another one. How amazing is that?! This company CONSTANTLY and CONSISTENTLY blows my mind! They're up for a "best in Utah" on City Weekly, and y'all need to vote them for 1st place. Not just because they have the best pizza ever, but because their employees, and customer service is truly the best I've ever experienced with any company, anywhere. Thank you so much for being so incredible, and PLEASE give Jami a raise, and keep her forever! She's the best, the kindest, helpful, and ALWAYS remembers me. She's seriously an amazing employee, so don't ever leave!! Okay, get your butt to Bricks and thank me later. Ps-Not one of the pics I posted are edited. That's simply how the pizza looks, and goodness...

My husband and I came to Bricks Corner for the first time tonight based on their great reviews. We came at 530p on a Friday and were sat immediately in the bar area. A couple of things we noticed right off the bat—the music was quite loud making conversation more difficult and the table was sticky. Otherwise, ambiance was fun with a brick wall and large portraits of great musical artists. Our waitress was very nice, but was busy with the bar so we didn’t get a lot of attention and had to wait a little bit to order and then ask for more water (not surprising as the water cups were very small, like juice cups at a breakfast place). This was our first time having Detroit style pizza so we don’t have anything to compare this with, but it was…good. We ordered the brick house pizza and it came out fairly quickly. With the sauce on top the pizza felt a little dry. The veggies were piled on, but didn’t have great flavor. That being said we loved the deep dish crust and crispy edges! The pizza was large and we could have easily shared with our three kids or with another couple. We ordered the nom nom nom for dessert. It was like a molten lava cake, but it was a chocolate chip cookie—very gooey in the center and served with vanilla ice cream and a little bowl of what tasted like Hershey’s syrup. All in all it was a good experience and we’d like to go back and try one of the other pizza options along with salad and...

My husband and I took our three kids to Bricks Corner to try out their Detroit style pizza. We went on a Saturday night. Parking is pretty much only available on the street although they have three handicap parking spots in their parking lot, I believe. Anyway- the place was packed, as was to be expected- BUT they got us a table within about 20 minutes. The restaurant was mainly full of college students and adults- I think our kids were the only kids there but that wasn’t a problem. We ordered “The importance of fried cheese” and three pizzas- the OG Cheese, the Randazzo (pepperoni) and the Sweet Salty Pig. We all really liked the fried cheese- and the marinara sauce. My husband and I really enjoyed the Sweet Salty Pig. It was nothing like we’ve ever had before! I’m a total wuss when it comes to anything hot but (after taking off the jalepeno peppers) I didn’t think the pizza was over the top as far as heat goes. If your kids are picky when it comes to how they like their pizza, this might not be the place for them. Our kids didn’t like the sauce being placed on top or how crispy the bottoms were. They did eat the pizzas but we took lots of leftovers home…that didn’t get eaten once at home. The service was definitely lacking. We had to ask our server twice for water refills. It seemed she forgot about us after we got our pizza. Will we go back? Not sure honestly.
