Arctic Circle — Restaurant in Salt Lake City

We went through the drive through a half hour prior to closing. The waitress was rude, short, dismissive and did not pay attention to our questions. We asked about the availability of menu items we were told that they didn't have them only to find exactly what we're looking for in fine print at the bottom of the menu. When we asked to clarify based off the information on the menu they change their tune and said yes they did have them. We ordered three ice cream cones a shake, four burgers and a side of fries & all four burgers were wrong & two of the ice cream cones were wrong and we didn't get the fries in the combo meals. When we went back thru the drive through to fix the order they refused to fix any of the burgers stating they already turned off the grill and would only give us a box of lettuce. Based on our visit I would not come here at all if you have allergies of any sort because they don't seem to pay attention to what...

So I went last night to get myself dinner before going to a friend's house and ordered my meal WITH FRIES saying WITH FRIES, got an ice cream and then ordered A SIDE of sweet potato fries in that order because my friend wanted some fries. And what greeted me when I opened my bag, my main and sweet potato fries only. Considering I paid full price for everything, I expected everything I stated I wanted. And it's not like you can drive back to have them fix it because they won't give you a whole new fresh order, so by the time you get back your food is cold and nasty. So minus two stars for over charging me for items not given in the order. Minus one other star because my friend said her sweet potato fries were undercooked and raw in spots. If you go to this location make sure you pull everything out of your bag before even moving away from the window because they won't check or confirm your order and then make a lot of assumptions....

Arctic circle has always been a favorite of mine ever since I was little so this makes it tragic for me.

The place was filthy. They had all sorts of boxes and ingredients out on the counter. It looked like they were having some sort of argument between employees. One employee was talking with a customer out in the lobby when he could have been and should have been wiping down tables which were disgusting and mopping up the floor which only had a wet floor sign on it. It was sticky and gross. It was freezing cold in there. I realize you want it cool but that was ridiculous.

The only bright spot was an employee named Chris who was a tall quiet guy. He brought the food out to me which I thought was pretty cool and didn't call for my name and he saw me sitting out in the parking lot and came out to me with a cup saying that I had forgotten my drink. He's the only reason why this gets a rating at all if I could give it a zero...
