Update 5/13/19: we were really hungry and decided to stop of here for breakfast. While in the drive thru we were trying to get breakfast but didn't know what we wanted Before we could say anything the drive through crew member cut us off when we were saying just a minute, so we had to repeat ourselves. Then not 10 sec later She very rudely and almost yelling said WHAT CAN I GET YOU? Due to her rudeness my husband decided to go in and talk to the manager. As soon as he walked in the manager looked at him and said "I'm not talking to you". Put on his headset and walked away. I do not understand a business that is so rude to its customers and a manager refusing to even talk to a customer and trying to make it better. They need a whole new crew there.
Went to this McDonald's today craving breakfast. It was after 11 so we knew we would have to order on the all day breakfast menu. Wanted pancakes and ordered them. The girl behind the counter told us they didn't do pancakes after 10:30. Even after pointing it out 2 times that it was on the All Day menu she looked down, annoyed, and said they ran out of them.
Finally deciding to get lunch we ordered big mac with no pickles and extra crispy fries. We were told by the cashier that they couldn't take pickles off and mocked us for wanting extra cripy fries. We finally asked if a manager could take our order and she finally entered what we had ordered. Of course Big Mac came with no sauce and had pickles, fries were not crispy, everything was cold.
Don't come to this location. Rude employees, messed up orders, no help from management. No pride in...
Read moreI started my work day on 4th of July, like a lot of people, and was extra friendly at the drive thru. A lot of workers resent working on Independence Day, so why not make it better? Welp, upon ordering, I noticed I was over charged from a sandwich I selected from the buy 1 get 1 for $1 menu. The last time I was here I was overcharged for breakfast as well, but was in a rush and had to just deal with it. Time passed and I forgot honestly.
But seeing another bundle over charged again I made sure to clarify I was ordering the bundle offer, not 2 a la carte items, and the person on headset kept taking over me, I had to ask him to stop so I could hear him. When I asked him to repeat himself so I could understand what I missed, he was quiet, then repeated the incorrect total again, over and over. I had to point out I was over charged by $2 again for the bundle, and he started talking over me again. He just kept saying the price repeatedly, rather rapidly. It was an odd exchange, but at the last second after the menu changed I saw the price was adjusted.
Then as I got my items I was presented a ripped bag, I looked at the window clerk like what is this, and he shrugged and closed his window, smiling. I dunno, I understand not wanting to work Holidays. I have to work it too, so why be so miserable about it and spread that to other people? If you order a combo or bundle, stand firm on the price that is stated on the menu. I was so frazzled I forgot to ask for creamer and sugar for my coffee, and went to the gas station for a fresh cup.

Read moreI just got dinner from this McDonald's. My favorite non-burger item here is the buttermilk crispy chicken sandwich. Tonight, I got one for me and one for my wife. Hers was alright, but mine was not at all good. The chicken fillet was hard, discolored, thin, and mostly lacking in chicken. This was very disappointing, since the buttermilk crispy chicken sandwich costs $5.50. I should have paid attention to a chubby friend of mine, who once taught me that the best things to get at fast food restaurants are the cheapest items.
The buttermilk crispy chicken sandwich ought to cost around $3, but it costs $5.50! When you buy something from the âdollarâ menu, you kind of expect small amounts of so-so food, but you are okay with that, because it only costs a couple dollars. Itâs also disappointing because I could have had a much better chicken sandwich from chick fil a, and for less money. I also could have had a hamburger from Crown burger for about the same price. I have never been disappointed by a chick fil a sandwich, nor by a crown burger hamburger.
I havenât even gotten to the drive-thru, though. Iâm pretty sure McDonaldâs target for drive thru service is around three minutes, and I caught a glimpse of the timing screen while I was at the pay window, and the timing screen said I had been there for about twelve minutes. So, I waited much longer than I ought to have waited, for food which tasted awful, and cost much more...
