I usually only give 5 star reviews but this Starbucks gets a 1 star (and only because my wife said the coffee was good). We were heading towards our flight in the B Gates (which is the longest walk of any airport in America) and stopped for coffee and a danish since we left plenty of time. After 30 minutes I asked my wife what was going on so she went to the counter and they had dropped her order. After 5 more minutes they gave it to her. She asked for the manager but she just walked away so my wife (who is not confrontational) followed her and asked for a gift card. The manager said she would refund the money but had two others ahead waiting on refunds and it would be five minutes. At this point my wife wanted to eat her danish and catch our flight so she left. The sad part was the danish had not been heated (as requested) so other than the coffee it was a bust. If you are in SLC airport try the SBās in the A Gate section or better yet, there was a Beans & Brews in the A Gate. Just avoid the SB near the security entrance. I canāt believe I wrote such a long review or a negative review but this Starbucks is not managed well. Btw, we...
Ā Ā Ā Read moreThe staff works very hard which is appreciated. The annoying part was ordering a cheese danish and water. I got the pastry very quickly then waited 10 minutes for my water I finally asked about it they told me they donāt serve water anymore and I shouldnāt have been allowed to order it ⦠I understand and respect policies but if you mess up and allow someone to order it and they wait 10 minutes, you should make an exception to correct your own error. You still have venti cups, you still have ice and you still have water, it was not impossible to do. I would have ordered a coffee had I have known but didnāt want to get back in line and wait another 15 minutes there and another 15 on my drink. I respect the staffs efforts as they were busy, however when an error is made on the business side it should be corrected on the business side as well. Sincerely a pregnant and very...
Ā Ā Ā Read moreAmazing customer service. I was flying from the Seattle airport to Salt Lake and I placed my order at the wrong Starbucks in the Seattle airport and didnāt have time to correct it in that airport before my flight. I called and they said I could transfer it to another by simply showing my mobile order. I get to salt lake and cross my fingers that the workers will let me transfer the order and prepare it there (that way my money wouldnāt be wasted and I could still enjoy my yummy food and drink). They were more than willing to prepare it for me there and didnāt even sweat it! I got my pumpkin spice creamer, ham and gruyere egg bites, and lemon pound cake with no problems at all. Itās great that Starbucks will let you transfer orders if you never...
