Starbucks — Restaurant in Salt Lake City

I am a semi-regular customer here. The staff are really friendly and nice and always make polite small talk. Generally, I enjoy the location.

However, I have a grievance. EVERY SINGLE TIME I order no whip they put the whipped cream on there anyway. I have ordered in person and ahead of time on the app. They do offer to remake it. Be aware though, the last time I said yes, all they did was scrape off top inch or so, sprinkle it with more topping and hand it back to me with the cream still mixed into the beverage and the top inch of the cup empty from the scraping. A Frappuccino with extra toppings is around $7 and each time it feels like a waste because it is not what I wanted and usually half dumped out.

So I know a lot of people say how they don’t write reviews, and it can then seem pretty clique for them to write one. But here we go, no judgement.😜 This is by far my favorite Starbucks I go to and let me tell you I go to a lot. The staff is amazing and always, always friendly. They are amazing at suggesting new items since the same old can get, well, old. However they never fail to remember my usual if I’m in the mood for that. They are a full service Starbucks even though they are located inside a hotel, which means I never have to worry about not getting my egg bites with my coffee. The coffee and location are perfect, however the service is lacking! One of the girls acts like it’s a chore to make coffee. I ordered my drink and watched it sit while she made 5-6 other drinks, so I asked for it. Then I go back because it was clearly missing the added flavor I ordered. The snobby blonde then decides it’s okay to whisper to coworkers and looks right up at me while doing so after I asked for the flavor to be added. The overall consensus of the employees here is that they would all rather be elsewhere!! Perhaps scooping ice cream may be better choice, because coffee and customer service seems to be a little...
