I love Wienserschnitzel normally both when talking about food and service, I've gone through the drive thru at different locations over many years and I've never had a bad experience until these past few months. This particular location is a regular for me and I've for the most part had good experiences. Over the past two months, September and October, I have gone to this location several times wanting to try the pumpkin spice shake. Each and every time they have either told me their ice cream machine is broken and they can't make shakes or the machine is being cleaned and they can't make shakes. I went to two other locations and I don't know if it was a coincidence or if it had something to do with Covid and they weren't currently able to sell ice cream items as I know some businesses that sell food aren't selling certain items, but they also told me that their machines were not currently working or being cleaned and they could not sell Ice cream items. I assumed if it had anything to do with Covid, they would not be advertising anything to do with ice cream which it was being advertised so I just thought it was a coincidence. I tried the drive thru again at this specific location and I asked if their Ice cream machine was working, if they were able to make shakes. The male worker was very rude and told me that if it's on the menu, they are able to make the item. I informed him that I had been to the location several times and had been told each time that they were unable to make shakes due to the machine not working or being currently cleaned. He told me that the machine had been working fine for the past SEVERAL months and they only clean it AFTER CLOSING or BEFORE OPENING. So I ordered the shake and was pleased with the overall flavor but the shake itself was extremely runny and barely cold the second it was handed to me, which seemed odd since I barely had to wait in the drive thru line, it should not have melted that quickly. I don't know if this particular worker was new and misinformed about the machine and the machine had really been broken recently or cleaned during open hours, or if the other employees I had asked over the course of the past two months had just not been wanting to make shakes and lied about being broken or cleaned. I don't really care anymore what really happened, I just know that I will not be purchasing any other ice cream items from this location again. Read moreAnyways so today 12/22/2020 around 3:45 PM I pulled up to order to this location the drive they employee took forever to take my order I than ordered combo #2 and once I got around to the window I paid with cash and I added an ice cream cone I was handed everything I ordered except my receipt so I looked in the bag and the fries were all hard along with the non fresh corn dogs and right before I could even request for my order to be remade the male employee who was working which name is Joeshon Acosta thanks to another review I was able to get his name ignored me I knocked on the window and I also honked to get his attention and he still continued to ignore me so I than pulled around the corner than seen their lobby was closed and I tried waving him done and he and the other two Hispanic employees ignored me so I walked around to the drive thru window and he still ignored me and to me his service was very unprofessional he than called an off duty part time employee and while I tried to ask that employee Joeshon Acosta came to the door and was telling him not to answer my questions and that the police were on the way so I also called the dispatch because he wouldn’t provide me with no receipt nor my money back and police couldn’t help because it’s civil matter so another employee who was coming on to her shift that I happened to recognize from a previous work place makylie; I than asked her if they had a manager she said yes but she didn’t know the where abouts but she would reach out to the manager than Joeshon Acosta came to door again and than I noticed he was not only rude but also wasn’t wearing a mask nor proper workplace attire he had slides on than makylie came out and told me the manger would be there 10 minutes and still after 20 minutes of waiting the manager never arrived the off duty employee that workers part time left with food and the two cooks left as well I never got my money nor receipt back and this place is poorly ran I called corporate and also left a comment to the ceo of wiener schnitzel they should be calling me back and there will be a...

Just as we were about to leave a young man cam to the speaker and took our order. We remembered this young man from frequenting this Weinerschnitzel. We paid for our order and started to leave, when we realized we had no ketchup or mustard. So we drove through the drive thru again and we could not get any one to answer, so we drove to the window and knocked on the window , still no response. So my daughter tried the front door and it was locked and no one came. Then my husband got out and tried knocking and then pounding on the window employees just looked at him with no response. Then he walked around to the drive thru speaker no one would answer. So we pulled to the drive thru window and knocked again. ( someone was determined to ignore us I guessbecause we’re not going away), A car came behind us to get there order but we were at the window. So finally it opened, we asked if they could hear us honking at the drive up window or pounding on the front window because we wanted some ketchup and mustard. We were told we NOT IN CHARGE HERE he started calling me. “Karen” and white privileged. I said we just want some ketchup and mustard, he said we would have to drive through again and get in line. We were holding up the line but we were just asking for ketchup and mustard. This young man continued berate me as being privileged.
