You rarely have a pros and cons list with zero cons. Don’t let the simple exterior determine your impression of the place. As soon as you enter it changes. After a brief orientation you go through a waist-high gate sans shoes. You won’t be wearing shoes the whole time you’re there so wear your socks! Even the staff, which I’ll get to later, is in socks. To the left is an area just for toddlers, but the rest of the facility is open to all ages, and I didn’t see a little one who wasn’t happy in the massive multilevel playground. In the playground your kids will find obstacles, slides, a fall tower (which was a huge hit with my daughters), a soccer field (!), platforms, tight ropes, a Lego room full of hundreds of huge legos, motorcycle themed go carts and push bikes the smaller ones ride all over the floor. Most of these features are also adult friendly, so you can explore and go down the ridiculously fast slides with your kids. And that’s just what I could see from my vantage point, rear end in a cushioned steel chair, laughing and smiling at the squeals and glee. Speaking of which, the noise is highly dampened. As I write there are dozens of happy, energetic munchkins running amok and the sound seems limited to the huge playground structure. I can hear myself think and I have ADHD to the max! If you know you know. Been here for hours. The fee is reasonable and is good for the whole day, even if you leave and come back! I’d pay it again. Speaking of the cost the staff alone are worth half the fee. They’re happy and engaged and eager to help. I hate to play favorites but of all the staff, Scout is out to make your experience great!

Okay!!! let’s be completely honest 😂 I’m a 30 year old 8month pregnant woman I definitely had a blast MYSELF!! Went with 4 kids and they all had a blast! Even my super tall 11yr old! Lol 😭 their claw machine made me feel like a winner and as an adult, how many times can we say you’ve won 9 items (in this case, Plushies!!) out of a claw machine? 🤣 and that’s aside from the 13 ducks my kids won from their duck claw machines 🤭 they only have 3 claw machines but that definitely didn’t stop us 🤣 I think my FAVORITE part was the motorcycle 🏍️ lane they had on ground level INSIDE the playground!! SUPER COOL!!! My son LOVES anything mobile so we definitely rode around a couple times! AND they also have these cute lil motorcycles for kids to just ride around the whole place. The spacing of the whole playground is DEFINITELY built for parents too!! Their LEGO area was spacy so I got to get in there and built a giant LEGO robot with my oldest LOL!!! the COOLEST thing is the soccer field on the second level INSIDE the playground 👀 now THAT I haven’t seen in ANY of the indoor playgrounds we’ve ever been to! They have a small playground side for the toddlers and younger! And they also have a cute dance room! Restroom is pretty limited to one, family size. The only heads-up I’d give is that without a package you can’t order a pizza. But that’s like the only thing that was bummer like. But still definitely a GO TAKE YO KIDS AND HAVE SOME FUN YOURSELVES PARENTS 🤏🏾🥳

Had the worst experience with the customer service from a representative by the name of C.J, this poor young girl hates her job and it shows in the way she treats guests. She has the worst attitude for someone working in a family establishment. She has a rude demeanor and tone when she talks to and handles PAYING customers. She literally talked to me with so much attitude and disrespect right in front of her manager. He had to apologize for the way she was acting and treating us as again, PAYING guests. She should not be working at a place like this. She definitely needs to be let go for the way she handled the transaction of taking my payment and for the way she talked to and treated me during the transaction. C.J is not friendly and makes me NEVER want to come to this location again. Mone the manager deserves a raise for his professionalism and the way he was able to de-escalate the situation. Will definitely not be coming if C.J is on shift or still working there. Posting a picture of her so if you go you know who not to interact with unless you want attitude given to you.

I was informed by the staff that the motorcycles would do two rounds, but they only completed one, and the ride was so slow that it couldn’t even make it over the starting bump. My 4-year-old could walk faster than the ride was moving.

When I approached the manager to request a refund for the two ride credits, as I was promised two rounds, she brushed off my concern, saying, "Well, they usually do 1-2 rounds depending on if you’re not bumping into things." This wasn’t relevant to my situation, and she didn't address my actual question.

I asked again about getting a refund for the two credits, but the manager just repeated her statement and then told me, "There’s no button to refund credits, I’m sorry."

The staff seemed uninformed and unhelpful when it came to resolving issues, which made the experience frustrating. At $23 per child, it’s overpriced for what you get.

On a positive note, the play area itself is great, and my kids had a fun time. It was also empty, likely because the high prices make it unaffordable for most families. With some changes to the staff’s approach and pricing, this place has a lot of potential.

Additionally when walking out the manager alexia and her staff were making fun of us and the situation. The staff is very young and acts like high schoolers. Never once did they come over to us to check on the kids or anything. They sit by themselves chatting like high schoolers gossiping and when approached freeze not knowing how to act....
