Terrible experience, never been so disappointed in BBQ.

The sides (corn/potato salad/beans/etc) are incredibly small for their price. You just don't get enough. I thought I was missing my sides at first, but realized the small baby-sized cups were the sides.

The corn on the cob was the most horrible tasting corn I've ever had. It tasted like dirty mop water. I'm sorry but someone is not cooking those correctly, or missing some key ingredients like butter or pepper.

They were completely out of pulled pork somehow, so I had to settle for Brisket, which ended up being a high portion of fat. For $6 a sandwich, I really expect something more lean than I got.

The large drink I got ended up being 90% ice, 10% soda. I realize some companies add more ice than soda to cut costs, but really guys? If I'm paying $2.19 (which is more than 2 Liter at a store), I don't want 90% ice.

I will not be buying from...

I was in San Angelo for a conference at ASU and I decided to doordash not being familiar with the area. First off this was definitely smoked with wood on a cast iron type pit. I mean the smoke and flavor was amazing. The turkey was thick cut but that did not compromise the juciness and tenderness. I dipped that chunk of turkey in the sweet sauce!!!! A little taste of heaven. If I'm ever in San Angelo again I'm definitely getting Bubbas. Oh the chicken was some of the best smoked chicken I've had, and I'm a foodie. The sides were great too. I definitely enjoyed this meal. That sauce though!!! I'm not even a sauce person. Keep up to great...

Passing through on vacation. Googled bbq spots in San Angelo while driving. Was close so stopped. It is definitely a hole in the wall. Good variety on the menu. I had sliced beef, regular sausage (They have jalapeno), beans and macaroni salad. It was to my table in less than 5 minutes. Brisket was ok, nothing great. Sausage had the better taste. Nothing overwhelming. Would I eat here again? Probably. Customer service by counter girl could use some work. When a customer tells you they have driven over 200 miles and chose your restaurant to eat at, you should at least say "thank you." I got nothing, just a small smile. Give it a try if...

So I’ve been to about every smokehouse bbq in town and I gotta say this place is hands down #1. There brisket is so juicy and tender, there chicken is fall off the bone tender and there sausage is pretty damn good to but I need to emphasize that the meat is bursting with that good ol Texas bbq flavor but not overbearing where the aftertaste is too much. All the sides were bomb as well. And the customer service is awsome. 10/10 experience.
